Galsia
  • Description: The most common thug in the game. Lowest health, but can carry weapons.
  • First Appearance: Stage 1-1
  • Variants: Joseph, Surger, B.T., Brash, Jonathan, Garam, *Talk
Donovan
  • Description: A bald thug. Does uppercuts. Can carry weapons.
  • First Appearance: Stage 1-1
  • Variants: *McK, *Altet, Gonzalez, Z, Reid, Martin, Brown, *U-3, Gudden
Signal
  • Description: A mohawk thug. Can throw and slide.
  • Variants: (Y.Signal, R. Signal, G. Signal, *Mavin, *Axi, P.Signal, P.Signal, D.Signal)
Electra
  • Description: A female dominatrix who uses her whip to electrocute players.
  • First Appearance: Stage 1-2 (Sub-Boss)
  • Variants: Metal M., Sug Q., L. Lisa, Nora, Reine, Caska, Eloy, Enola, Dallala, Bloody, Zora
Rider
  • Description: Appears as bikers. Will attack enemies on the ground, on bikes, or grenades.
  • First Appearance: Stage 2-1
  • Variants: Fog, Gale, Storm, *Blade, Calm, Gust, *Wanter, Typhoon
Hakuyo
  • Description: Dressed in kung-fu garb. Uses kung-fu to attack players.
  • First Appearance: Stage 2-2 (Sub-Boss)
  • Variants: Ryukorou, Byatcko, Ho-oh, Suicho, Seiryu, Kongoh, Ashkurah
Mifune
  • Description: Ninjas. Uses kunais and jumps a lot.
  • First Appearance: Stage 3-2 (Sub-Boss)
  • Variants: Kusangi, Hanzoa, Ryuohin, Yagasira, Unsai, Tenzen, Genyosai, Kanzoa, Jay, Bouh, Mutso
Big Ben
  • Description: A smaller version of Bongo from previous game. Despite heavyset, they can do a body splash. They will blow fire and run.
  • First Appearance: Stage 4-2 (Sub-Boss)
  • Variants: Big-Go, Heart, Balloon, Bongo, Golba, Gourmand, Buffet, Dante, Titan, Anry
Eagle
  • Description: Kickboxers and Muay Thai fighters Will constantly block attack and use their reach to punch or kick or knee jump. Sometimes sub-bosses at the end of segments.
  • First Appearance: Stage 5-2 (Sub-Boss)
  • Variants: Raven, Eagle, Pheasant, Bantam, Thrush, Sparrow, Condor, Ibis, Raptor, Phoenix, Galuda

Rare enemies[edit]

Jack
  • Description: A knife-wielding sub-boss that appears 3 times in the game. Can carry unlimited knives. Appears as sub-bosses at the end of a segment. An upgrade from the Jack jugglers from previous game.
  • First Appearance: Stage 1-1
  • Variants: Beano (Stage 3), Soya (Stage 7)
Vehelits
  • Description: Exclusive only to Stage 3-4 inside the Alien Building as a sub-boss. Bounces around to headbutt heroes. Explodes upon defeat.
  • Only Appearance: Stage 3-4

Bosses[edit]

Stage 1
Barbon
  • Description: A fighter who likes mid-range attack striking. Will counter jumps with a kick. Likes to block a lot. Difficult to grab.
  • Variants: Wayne (Stage 5-2 Sub-Boss) and Vulture (First in Boss Rush 8-2)
Stage 2
Jet
  • Description: A jet-packed thug who flies above screen. Forces players to do aerial attacks if fighting offensively or blitzes and aerial attacks to counter attacks. Becomes sub-bosses and regular enemies in later levels, starting in Stage 5. Variants will not re-appear in Stage 8.
  • Variants: Tomcat, Mach, Spitfire, Blitz, Kite, Stealth, Griphis, Mosquite
Stage 3
Zamza
  • Description: A claw fighter that is acrobatic and jumps a lot. Can suplex players. Similar to Souther from the previous game.
  • Variants: Souther (Stage 6 Boss) and Nail (Second in Boss Rush 8-2)
Stage 4
Abadede
  • Description: Returns from the previous game. A wrestler that will try to dive splash, clothesline, or throw. If attacked too much, it will bide his stance (invulnerable) and thrash out to push players away. Attack cautiously.
  • Variants: Z. Kusano (Third in Boss Rush 8-2)
Stage 5
R. Bear
  • Description: A heavyset boxer. Despite his size, he moves very fast. He has long reach of punches, can counter air attacks with a jumping uppercut, does a butt drop, and can throw. Very dangerous.
  • Variants: Bear Jr (Sub-Boss in 8-1)
Stage 7
X-Robot(s)
  • Description: Robots that jump around and use their flail arms to attack. Will also use their eye lasers to shoot and attack. Explodes upon defeat. In harder levels, they appear in groups. Re-appears immediately in the beginning of 8-1.
  • Variants: Particle, Molecule, Isotope, Uranium, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Mercury, Nitrogen, Chlorine, Fluorine
Stage 8
Shiva (Penultimate)
  • Description: Mr X's right hand man. He has a lot of martial arts background. He has a dashing kick, does palm strikes, can counter special attacks and blitzes, and has his own special moves. You fight him alone in all difficulties and the final obstacles before Mr. X, but still remains one of the most difficult enemies to fight.
Stage 8
Mr.X (Final)
  • Description: The final boss of the previous game. Still attacks using his tommy gun to physically attack players or to shoot from the corners. Always has his thugs to back him up, even if he shoots them.
