Super Lode Runner II is the sequel to Irem's Super Lode Runner, both published for the Famicom Disk System in 1987. The Super Lode Runner games are a selection of levels from each of Irem's four arcade ports of the original Lode Runner game, which introduces a few new game play elements, as well as a two-player cooperative mode. This sequel only provides 30 single player levels compared to the original's 55, but it features 30 brand new two player co-op levels compared to the original's 15.
