The seventh and last world is the Grecian Cloud land.

• In the first level outside, Albatoss birds and Bob-ombs return, and so do Ninji and Shy-Guys. The second level outside has one gray Snifit, red Shy Guys coming out of the vase, one pink Shy Guy, and one Ninji. The outside elevator level has Sparks and Snifits. In the room, the boss is Gray Birdo.

• It's the final showdown! The first outside level has four Snifits and one Ninji, and the second has two Tweeters and one red Panser. Inside the Greecian building are Shy Guys, Bob-ombs, Ninji, Pansers, and Sparks. Red Birdo makes two appearances, while in the room, she has the key that leads to the locked room. Before entering Wart's lair, after picking up the crystal ball, the mask gate detaches from the wall and gets hit three times. The last and final boss is Wart, an evil toad who hates vegetables.
