• Luigi: beat Luigi after beating Bonus 1 Practice with eight different characters.
• Captain Falcon: beat Captain Falcon after beating 1P Game mode in less than 20 minutes.
• Ness: beat Ness following the ending after beating 1P Game mode on Normal difficulty setting or greater with up to 3 lives in stock.
• Jigglypuff: beat Jigglypuff following the ending after beating 1P Game mode.

• Mushroom Kingdom: beat 1P Game mode with 8 different characters.

• Item Switch: play in 100 matches.
• Sound Test: clear both Bonus 1 Practice and Bonus 2 Practice with all characters.

• Mew: available after unlocking all unlockable four characters. Has a 1/151 chance of appearing from a Poké Ball.
