There has been much debate, atleast on the fora i visit, about the name of this game. The official package labels: Mariokart DS. But Nintendo.com official press site lists the game as Mario Kart DS.

Should we stick with Mario Kart DS of should we change the name to Mariokart DS?--BMH

Well, I think that since it is most widely known as Mario Kart DS (and thusly will be much more searched) plus the fact that all previous Mario Karts have not had the mariokart naming system, this should stay as Mario Kart DS. --Mr Saeba 15:12, 6 January 2006 (PST)

Single page format[edit]

Mario Kart DS does, infact, have a partial story mode, which might be considered more as a campaign mode. Should it really be single-paged?

  • You're referring to the Missions? I don't think they're complex enough to warrant moving the entire guide to the multi-page format, but a Mario Kart DS/Missions page might be appropriate. --aniki21 06:55, 16 January 2006 (PST)
Yeah, the missions are nothing special; there is no story there. It warrantes no such thing. H m 13:40, 25 February 2006 (PST)
