is terrible. The page describes a few things here and there but doesn't help a player on how to actually build a city. Thus it fails its purpose as a guide. Most of the subpages have very little content and could easily be merged (I am thinking of most of the sidebar menus like police, fire, education and health), and the free space then be used for some kind of tutorial akin to "My first city". It's something most people struggle with in this game because there's simply so much to consider. -- 3155ffGd (talk) 09:57, 14 July 2013 (UTC)
