Hoodoo is a community map released with the Sniper vs. Spy DLC. It is a three phase payload map.
 Phase 1
The first phase requires BLU to push the cart forward, making a left-hand turn. While the distance is shorter comparted to other payload maps, RED has a better opportunity to flank BLU as they advance.
Before the first checkpoint is an alcove that provides red with a great defensive location, as well as providing alternate paths for BLU when attacking RED.
Just after the first checkpoint is a set of stairs that allows the controlling team to either get higher ground against attackers or to get an alternate route to the enemy base. In addition, just at the final bend gives a one-way tunnel to a high-up one-way door that can be used to attack Red.
 Phase 2
A one-way tunnel is available for BLU above the first checkpoint. A faster route will open once the cart reaches the checkpoint.
 Phase 3
The final phase takes a route around the center building; however, this building provides shortcuts for both teams to attack and defend. Once you reach the checkpoint, an additional door opens, allowing BLU to attack more quickly.

In phase one, engineers should attempt to setup the teleportaion in the alcove behind the building infront of the blue spawn. This section is not only defensible from initial attacks from BLU, but also allows covering the cart as it approaches the first check point. While it may not be held indefinably, it allows to flank the enemy more easily.
In phase one, snipers have a hiding place just left of the resupply with clear access to the final turn.
