Using the dynamic nav, I think I made this look MUCH better and much easier to deal with. This should function on Monobook, and Bluecloud, I'll also port this to the other skins. This will work very easily, and very cleanly for every guide and will allow every person to get exactly what they want on each page. But if you want more you can easily get it. What does everyone think? -- Mason11987 (Talk - Contributions) 22:52, 26 June 2006 (PDT)
I think the table of contents expander (the "show" link) should be moved to the "table of contents" link itself, so long as it is readily apparant what that link does. (Maybe give it an up/down arrow?) The link to the table of contents article itself could be presented once the menu is expanded, as it is otherwise generally redundant and confusing to have in the main bar itself. Do you guys agree? echelon 02:22, 7 August 2006 (CDT)
The text reads this at the moment:
The custom variable is for adding extra links to be always visible to the left of the walkthrough link.
Shouldn't it say to the right of the walkthrough link?
I'm not an admin so I can't change this. Can someone please help?

Shouldn't Getting Started pages be given a chance? Don't the deserve to be placed right up there with the big boys like Table of Contents and Walkthrough? It's time we take a stand for those pages who don't get enough credit! --Notmyhandle 00:28, 16 February 2007 (CST)
The game title should be italicized by default in the template. CyberSkull 01:12, 11 July 2007 (CDT)
Wasn't sure how to word the header on that one, but I'm suggesting that we add an #if: to tag a page with a category like: "Category:Guides without num" so that we can find all the pages that are, for whatever reason, missing their num parameters (which are required to accurately keep track of the main page statistics). It seems like there would be a better way to do this, but I'm not sure. --Notmyhandle (talk • contribs) 14:49, 25 March 2008 (CDT)
Certain games (Team Fortress 2) don't actually require a walkthrough, nor is there anything to walk anybody through. Is there a version of this template for multiplayer only games, or is there something else I'm supposed to do in this case?
Also, slightly off topic, where do I request a new template? Kadir 00:52, 25 June 2008 (CDT)
