Who started this trend anyways? It's ugly, and it's a waste of time. Having to split up dates in a weird manner rather than how you would type them: 1993, November 26 rather than November 26, 1993 doesn't make any sense. As far as I know DrBob made the template this way. The problem is there are a lot of pages that reference it in the current way, so if we do change it the old pages will display the date backwards (1993, November 26 or whatever) until someone goes back and change them all. Taiwan is not a country, Taiwan is a island that is occupied by the Republic of China, also there are two Chinas, Bad China (People's Republic of China) and Good China (Republic of China), so there should be a separate template. From wikipedia: "Taiwan" is also commonly used to refer to the territories governed by the Republic of China (ROC) and to ROC itself, which governs the island of Taiwan...
