The Dark Spire is a single-player Nintendo DS RPG. It was published in Japan and the US by Atlus. The game is heavily inspired by Wizardry, and is notable for including a "classic" mode that emulates the visual and audio feel of early games in its genre.

The gameplay centers on exploring the namesake dungeon known as the Dark Spire while improving the skills and stats of your characters by gaining experience. An alignment system and a class system are introduced in The Dark Spire. Your alignment affects who can join your party and what skills can be learned by party members of different classes.
