Okay, the Temple of the Ocean King is indeed a tough one, because the temple sucks the life out of you as soon as you enter it. Also, the traps reset once you leave, so if you just unlocked a trap, it will reset if you even leave. There are three temples inside this Temple of the Ocean King, The Temple of Power, The Temple of Wisdom and the Temple of Courage. Now, I have only barely managed to get to the Temple of Wisdom, thanks to the Phantom Hourglass, which protects you from getting your life sucked from a certain amount of time. Basically, I can't guide you how to undo the traps but what I can say is keep on trying!
