All sculptures in The Sims 2 are there for environmental purposes though some have some special interactions. All sculptures have the View interaction.

• Steal: NPCs walking past the sims lot may autonomously steal the gnome if grouchy or in a low mood. Sim leaves the sidewalk, grabs the gnome and runs off.
• Steal Back: Household member walks off the lot and steals gnome back appearing with the gnome a few minutes later.
