To activate all the cheats in the PC version of Theme Hospital, when you get a fax, type out "24328" by clicking on the number buttons on the keypad, then clicking the large green button.

Back on the main game screen, press the following keys for the relevant effect:

Keys	Effect
Shift + C	Increase bank balance
Ctrl + Shift + C	Unlock all rooms and equipment
Ctrl + M	Skip to the end of the current month
Ctrl + Y	Skip to the end of the current year
