One Z episode is unlocked whenever you complete a chapter. For example, Episode Z-1 is unlocked when you complete Chapter 1. Chapter 6 is unlocked when you complete Chapter 5 and all of the Z Episodes.

Overview: Comminuted fracture in patient's radius bone. There also seems to be internal hemorrhaging. Treat bleeding, then rebuild the broken bone.
Time Limit: 5:00
Objectives

• Collect fragments of his radius and ulna
• Set the radius properly for healing
• Return the fragments to their original location and rebuild the patient's radius and ulna

Overview: Extraction of an unusual tumor present in the large intestine. Patient's vitals may fluctuate abnormally.
Time Limit: 5:00
Objectives

• Extract any tumors in the patient's large intestine

Overview: External trauma and lacerations have occurred. May be an abnormality in patient's abdomen. Visibility is poor; resources are far from ideal.
Time Limit: 5:00

• Extract any foreign objects
• Suture any lacerations

[edit] Episode Z-4: Transplant

Overview: Kidney transplant. Perform anastomosis to slow blood flow, then proceed quickly. Tumors have been confirmed and must be extracted first.

• Transplanting the new kidney

Overview: Chiral reaction positive -- assumed to be active Kyriaki bodies in the patient. Proceed as instructed.
