The Search for El Dorado

• Silver Mosaic Inca Earring: Very near the beginning, in the path, climb on some boulders and look around.
• Jeweled Silver Monkey: When jumping around on square platforms, right after Sully says the ground is hollow, it's on the square platform with a tree growing.
• Decorated Gold Ring: In the Inca ruin, there's a deep ravine that must be crossed after shooting a barrel on the far side. Before crossing the ravine, check along the edge on the left.
• Silver Llama: After solving the riddle of the four symbols, go down the hole that opens and activate the waterfall. Jump down and swim to a cave and find the treasure on the right, behind a huge boulder.
• Golden Inca Cup: There's a cut scene during which Nate says that El Dorado refers to the golden statue instead of a gold city. He and Sully decide to follow the tracks to find the statue. After the cut scene, look around in the same room, it's near a skeleton on a large brick.
• Silver Turtle: Shortly after getting the Golden Inca Cup, follow the tracks to find where the Spaniards blasted a hole in the temple. Just outside the temple, climb onto and jump across the platforms.

A Surprising Find

• Gold Tairona Pendant: It's directly above the third vine Nate reaches while monkeying up the cliffs to reach the U-boat.
• Gold and Turquoise Inca Earring: Once on the U-Boat, walk to the farthest tip.

Plane Wrecked

• Silver Inca Figurine: Just after starting Chapter 4, turn around and walk forward and to the right.
• Silver Fish Charm: Just after opening the first gate (by shooting the padlock), it's to the left of the water pool.
• Gold Frog: Near the second waterfall, there's a log you have to balance across (a toucan flies from the log as you approach). Before crossing the log, jump down on the side farthest from the waterfall.
• Intricate Gold Ring: After the first big firefight in some ruins, find it above the battlefield near an exploding barrel. Climb the ruins to reach a gate needed to pass to the next area. Instead of opening the gate, face it and then turn around. Jump back across the ruins and to the left.
• Patterned Silver Ring: After going through the gate mentioned above, there's a firefight inside the ruins. After it's clear, climb up and look around.
• Golden Jaguar: After going outside the ruins again (Nate jumps out of a hole in a wall with a drop so far he can't turn back) there's another skirmish right after jumping over a small ravine. Before proceeding across the bridge to the right, look to the left.
• Silver Inca Vessel: After crossing the ruined bridge and getting out of the water, there's a ravine with a partial stone bridge and an old log. The treasure is down in the ravine. This is just before Nate sees his plane in a tree.
• Golden Toothpick: After Nate recovers the map, there's a big firefight outside. After clearing the enemies, continue on through the doorway and it's immediately to the right.
• Silver Bird Vessel: After Nate first sees the fortress, go across the cliffs and after jumping down onto solid ground, go right along the cliff edge as far as you can go.
• Silver Inca Earring: Just after getting the last treasure there is a battle in a battlefield with several bamboo traps. The treasure is on top of a small cliff to the left of the far end of the battlefield. To get it, go past the traps and turn back around to climb the cliff from the other side.

The Fortress

• Strange Relic: After the first firefight, it's on a roof with a huge hole.
• Silver Jaguar: Go across the first parapet you come to until you reach a huge pile of rubble. Climb over the rubble and look inside the guard post.
• Gold Mosaic Inca Earring: There is a large tunnel that leads to a parked truck with a machine gun nearby. Instead of going through the tunnel toward the truck, turn around and go down the staircase on the left. There are two large iron gates in the opposite wall. The treasure is near the gate on the right.
• Golden Spoon: After talking to the guard on the radio, go inside the ruins. Make your way down the waterway while avoiding the machine gun, and climb up into a storeroom on the right. It's behind some crates near the doorway between the rooms.

Unlocking the Past

• Silver Inca Mask: After Nate notices the tower from the map, defeat all the enemies. Climb up and look along the parapet. It's right next to a large tree, dangerously close to the edge.
• Spanish Silver Coin: Use the key to get into the prison, then go out the other side and defeat all the enemies. It's on the far end of the battlefield, just under the machine gun, on the left.
• Silver Tairona Pendant: After using the machine gun to kill some guys in the battlefield below, proceed through the dark tunnels. Just after falling down a long drop, go through a doorway and look to the right of the stairs.
• Gold Llama: Nate is ambushed on the parapet just after he sees the great tower for the first time. Kill the attackers, then proceed to the broken staircase. Climb up the nearby ledges and look on the roof behind the staircase.

Out of the Frying Pan

The Drowned City

• Decorated Silver Ring: As soon as the chapter starts, go through the archway and around the corner to the right.
• Silver Frog: Dismount the watercraft and cross the bridge, defeating all enemies. Past the grenadier is a ruin with a roof. The treasure is in the back-right corner.

To the Tower

• Golden Fish Charm: Dismount the watercraft, fight a battle, climb over a large gate to a second battle. It's in the left corner at the far end of the second battlefield, just before entering a large doorway.
• Jeweled Golden Brooch: Climb the tower and use the cable to reach the other building. Go down the stairs but look around on the ground before letting Elena in the door.

The Customs House

• Silver Belt Buckle: Nate finds a notable ship manifest, then climbs stairs and enters combat. After clearing the enemies, check upstairs where the wooden floor is.

Trapped

• Spanish Gold Coin: The bad guys escape with the boat. Climb some stairs, and fight a few guys. Climb the right side of the double staircase to find the treasure.
• Silver Spanish Chalice: Cross the bridge after Elena drops her camera. Go down the double staircase and look on the left.
• Gold Coatimundi: Jump down out of the building and head right. Go through a small tunnel and some stairs. Directly in front of the staircase is a stack of crates, look behind it.

Heading Upriver

Sanctuary?

• Golden Turtle: There is a wooden waterwheel right next to the beginning. Jump into the water and swim around to the other side of the waterwheel.
• Silver Inca Cup: There's a cut scene involving a man and a booby trap. After the cut scene, proceed to a stone staircase crossing a river. Jump into the river and look under the staircase.
• Jeweled Silver Cross: After being ambushed in a courtyard, kill all the enemies and get onto the ruined level above the courtyard. There's an area with three small platforms of rotted-away floor, where you can drop down to activate a wench to open a large door. Look in the corner farthest from the wench.
• Silver Toothpick: Go through the large door mentioned above and jump over the railing to the immediate right. Follow the ledge around.
• Gold Spanish Chalice: Stand facing the church entrance, with the library to the left, and walk to the right of the church.
• Silver Coatimundi: Stand facing the church entrance, with the library to the left, and turn around. Walk to the other end of the courtyard and go left through a corridor.
• Golden Cup and Cover: Solve the puzzle of the gospel statues. Go through the bookshelf that opens and look in a corner in the hidden library.

Going Underground

• Golden Inca Vessel: Descend the stairs into the first room. Turn around and look at the stairs and you can see it on the ledge to the left.
• Golden Skull: Continue until Nate turns off his flashlight. Climb across the pit and look in the waterfall.
• Silver Snuff Box: Climb the staircase and enter the church. At the top of the staircase, turn around.
• Silver Spanish Goblet: Get past the two bells, and climb down into the cavern. Go a few steps down the hall and look behind the stone tomb on the left.
• Silver Ingot: After a cut scene in which Roman fires Eddy Raja, exit the small room and jump to the next platform. Go down the small stairway and look to the right of the stairs.
• Gold and Ruby Inca Mask: Continue until reaching a wooden door operated by a wench. It's to the left of the wench.

On the Trail of the Treasure

• Gold Inca Figurine: Exit the cavern and you'll be facing a wide staircase. It's to the right of the stairs.
• Golden Bird Vessel: After climbing up a wall and going into a broken window, there's a fight that leads you above a courtyard in which you were ambushed before. After killing the guards, Sully calls Nate on the radio. Go to the far end of the corridor and before entering the room with the broken wooden floor, go left.
• Golden Spanish Goblet: Climb a vine and enter a window into the church. Go straight forward from the window and there's an otherwise empty room on the right.
• Jeweled Golden Cross: After entering the secret room behind the window marked with a heart, go to the right.
• Silver Skull: Leave the church after Nate asks Sully for a diversion. It's between a wall and a large stone cube.
• Golden Inca Mask: Face the mausoleum and turn to the right. It's behind a grave marker.

The Treasure Vault

• Silver Cup and Cover: In the underground vault, follow the Roman numeral IV from the beginning. It leads up some stairs to the treasure.
• Jeweled Silver Brooch: Activate the water wheel, and then climb the chain that swings into place. Nate walks across a catwalk and tries to contact Sully on his radio. Climb the stairs at the end of this walkway, and look to the left. The Roman numeral III points to the treasure.
• Gold Snuff Box: After being attacked by Eddy's men, Nate runs up a spiraling wooden ramp. At the top, a plate with the Roman numeral VII is in the floor, which points to a dead-end down a stone staircase. While descending the staircase, look to the right to see the treasure on a platform. Jump from the railing to reach it.

The Heart of the Vault

The Bunker

• Gold Monkey Figurine: After passing the kitchen, go all the way down the hallway, then turn right and go all the way down, then turn left.

Unwelcome Guests

• Golden Seadragon Pendant: It's on top of two stacked crates while fighting both the monsters and Roman's men, near the U-boat.

Race to the Rescue

• Gold Ingot: It's at the very beginning of the chapter, right next to the hole Nate climbs out of.

Gold and Bones

• Golden Skull Rosary: After exiting the third room, the one with the coffin with a cross, immediately look right.
• Sapphire and Silver Mask: Proceed down the next staircase, and look behind the pillar.
