When you start the game you can choose to take a ride if you do take a ride you could go to Chicago/Illinois or Havana/Cuba. The all cars cheat is hold R1 and L1 and hit circle two times and triangle,Up,and square and you should hear a ding and that is the sign that meens that its worked.(And triangle + Up=Get out of the car you are in and hit triangle on a diiferent car to shove the guy out and get into the car.) To get the Fire trucks after you go to Havana in Cuba you go to the shaded part on the map and when you get there you will see a Fire truck and dont run into anything or else you will get chased by 4 cops and a Fire engin truck. To get No police after you go to any city and pause the game and then do L2,R2,O,L1,L1,and square and you should hear a ding and then it worked. To have more mission time you go to any mission and when it says please wait hold X and keep holding it until the mission starts then you will have more mission time. To have all citys unlocked you go to the start and you hold R1 and L1 and press Up 4 times and O 2 times and then take a ride and enjoy! To have police chasing you without there car you
