Thanks[edit]

Thank you for your comment! I used to edit SmashWiki a few years ago, so I still have at least a little familiarity with editing. Glad to know I'm helping out. - ZAJ573 13:12, 17 January 2011 (CST)

Wow. First of all, let me just say that I am incredibly proud to be nominated. It's great to see that my contributions are getting noticed, and I plan to keep working on the wiki.
However, I must decline the administrator position for now. I only recently came back to StrategyWiki after a long break, and I'm still learning my way around the place. Right now, there's nothing I need to accomplish that I need the sysop tools to do.
I still want to thank you very much for nominating me. Once I am used to the site and would feel comfortable as an administrator, I'd be happy to be considered again. - ZAJ573 18:58, 21 January 2011 (CST)

Grats on Miracle Warriors completion[edit]

Even though I'm not particularly active anymore, I support everyone here and have always appreciated your efforts. Keep it up. --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 16:53, 26 January 2011 (CST)

SMB3[edit]

Not sure this change did what you wanted it to do: http://strategywiki.org/w/index.php?title=Super_Mario_Bros._3/World_5&curid=21472&diff=540777&oldid=540770. -- Prod (Talk) 16:32, 4 February 2011 (UTC)

No, you're right, in hindsight the rollback was not necessary, but largely because I didn't compare the first and last changes he made. He basically undid his own work. Procyon 18:11, 4 February 2011 (UTC)

Another Famicom Guy[edit]

Yeah I actually just got my Famiclone today (eventually I will get a Famicom proper when money allows) along with a single game, Musashi no Ken. First thing I went and watched a speed run to see what I was getting into, next check for guides if I would even need one. Ding Ding Ding, none anywhere so I decided I'd finally give a guide a whirl and this seemed like the best place so here I am. I will probably make a guide for every Famicom game I get that doesn't have one here as time permits. Hopefully I'll learn the ropes soon enough so as not to break any faux pas that might roam around here 'u' --Mkanke 03:08, 20 February 2011 (UTC)

Hey figured you might want to know I just got a copy of Megami Tensei for my famiclone and as time permits (student teaching leaves very little time sadly) will start making a walk-through for it with my basic Japanese knowledge, figured you might want to know as you stated you wanted to revisit it :) Mkanke 02:15, 25 February 2011 (UTC)

Thanks![edit]

Thanks for the acknowledgment. I spent a lot of time on just two chapters, so I can't imagine how long it'll take me to finish it, but I'll try. :) --Rubberyducksryellow13 03:47, 9 March 2011 (UTC)

Sysop[edit]

Can I please be a sysop. I can be a great help to the wiki! Slipknot Darkrai 11:50, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
Yep. I am willing to help. What am I to do on the StrategyWiki: Guide? Slipknot Darkrai 18:56, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for that link. I know a lot of stuff, however. Why? Because for over 6 months I was a user on Wikia. I just don't know the layouts quite yet on here, but I think I am getting there ;). Slipknot Darkrai 19:10, 13 May 2011 (UTC)
I didn't read about the images because I thought I knew everything about them already. Well I read about the quality of a game guide 0-5. So I did read some. I know the layout of a game article because I looked at it... so thanks for the tip ;). Slipknot Darkrai 19:45, 13 May 2011 (UTC)

Reply[edit]

What am I doing wrong? Slipknot Darkrai 22:04, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
I just wanted to rick roll you for fun. Why are making a big deal out of it? Slipknot Darkrai 18:52, 17 May 2011 (UTC)
Ok Dark you were helpful earlier but now its not funny "rickrolling" someone has nothing to do with this project. Pro has told you to knock it off, your not listening. --Goldenpython 19:45, 17 May 2011 (UTC)

Your Explaination...[edit]

In order to edit the page with accurate information, I first had to determine where it actually worked. Took me a few more minutes.

Understand now, Oh sarcastic one?

My Apologies, and a question.[edit]

My apologies for referring to "Generations" as opposed to individual pokémon games, I will change it immediately. Also I would like to ask if there is a template to link to Abilities on bulbapedia as I have noticed the bp and bpm but no "bpa", also should I have replied here as opposed to on my talk page? I am very sorry for taking your time. Also please reply to this on my talk page if you do normally reply on your own talk page D=

Dangerous Seed/Stage 6 and Dangerous Seed/Stage 7 have been marked for deletion...[edit]

...as I have split their proper writeups into five separate pages - Dangerous Seed/Stage 6-J, Dangerous Seed/Stage 6-S, Dangerous Seed/Stage 7-U, Dangerous Seed/Stage 7-N and Dangerous Seed/Stage 7-P.

By the way, I've been meaning to tell you - if I have inadvertently offended you by listing all of the 16-bit Namco arcade games which featured their years at the bottom of their "legal notices" on the guide's main page (which you described as "excessively ridiculous"), you should accept my most sincere and heartfelt apologies. Happy Birthday[edit]

I got your message![edit]

This is where I got the official name of the boss you are talking about. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by AirSharkSquad (talkcontribs) .

Super Pitfall for PC-8801[edit]

http://d.hatena.ne.jp/video/niconico/sm587280

I found a video playthrough of the PC-8801 version of Super Pitfall. Watch it. It has many differences from the original NES version of the game.

Dawn of Fantasy[edit]

Thanks for your kindness Pro, I was asked by the ceo of the game to post the new player guide created by a fan on the forums, so that's what I did. I completely forgot about the first person voicing being a problem (as you saw). Next (hopefully not) just send me a message and I will clean it up. This is my first experience with doing a wiki and I'm making mistakes as you've seen. I will work at providing info within the guidelines and feel free to just shoot me a message saying ( this needs fixing xyz) and I'll be glad to do it. Thanks for your hard work!
