The "Show preview" button is great to show what the page will look like so that you don't have to keep re-editing the page to make it the way you want. Most information you need can be found in the guide. However, it's usually easier to look at another guide and work from there. The MapleStory guide is quite extensive and has examples of almost everything in it. I have restored the deleted content on the page Wind Slayer/First Job. If you do not want to release it under the GFDL, label it with {{delete}} and it will be removed. Otherwise, please feel free to clean it up and expand upon it. -- Prod (Talk) 23:36, 25 May 2008 (CDT)

The front page of every guide is fairly special and there is some complicated stuff going on there. However, adding more links is easy. Just visit the Wind Slayer/Table of Contents, and click edit. You can add more links there (follow the same format as the other lines) and they will automatically show up on the front page. -- Prod (Talk) 00:47, 26 May 2008 (CDT)

When adding to (most) talk pages, you can find a small + symbol tab at the top (like on this one). If you click it, just fill in the title and the content and it will place a new topic at the bottom of that page (where new threads should go). Instead of listing all of the problems with your edits, I'm just going to point out the two biggest problems:

1. You may not copyright any of your work on this site. The entire site is covered by the Gnu Free Document License, otherwise known as GFDL. You agreed to this the moment you signed up for an account on this site. All of the work that you submit to this site becomes property of the public domain, provided that anyone who wishes to reproduce any of the work found on this site give proper credit to the original authors of said work.
2. Do not start a new page as a Category. Categories are reserved.

I have gone through the guide and cleaned up/deleted lots of pages. If there was information you needed on those pages, it can be retrieved. But I left notes as to why each page was deleted. If you could remove any more of the hotlinked images that are still around (mainly on the 2nd job and NPC pages) that would be great. User pages are for users to put stuff on. Unless you're the user whose user page you are editing, you shouldn't be editing it (unless there is a good reason to). User talk pages (such as this one, prefixed by User talk:) are for talking to other users. Please stop using user pages to do this and start using user talk pages.
