Working the Bag[edit]

Gold Medal | 35 pts |
Platinum Medal | 40 pts |
Punching bags appear in front of your face and your job is to hit them repeatedly until they become weak enough for you to punch them off their chains. Each punching bag is colored differently to show how hard it is to knock off. Brown is the weakest, silver is next, and black is the strongest. A pie meter appears whenever you are hitting a punching bag. This depletes as the bag gets weaker. Both the Wii Remote and the Nunchuk are required in this practice.
Getting into a good rhythm is the way to make up combos. The more you hit the bag without missing, the more powerful your punches will be. The easiest is to jab with the right hand and then jab with the left hand, then repeat the process. The longer you can keep the rhythm, the more bags you can knock off and the higher your score!
Dodging[edit]

In this strange level, the trainer will throw tennis balls at you and you must dodge them by leaning yourself and the controllers left and right. The more you dodge, the higher your score. However, if a tennis ball whacks you in the head, you lose a point! If the player hit more balls than dodging them, their score is 0 instead of negative integers. Also note that the trainer can throw two balls at once and can speed up or slow down at any time. The Nunchuk is required as well as luck on this level.
There are many ways to complete this level. Some players lean in a direction until a ball comes at them. Then they can just simply dodge and go back in the direction they were leaning in. Other players like to stand still until they need to move. Most of the time, it is just really common luck. You may get lucky and he might just throw three, four, or even five rounds in one direction. A good way to get a high score is to just simply play it over and over again and with tons of practice.

You must hit the trainers mitts in the next level. Hit the mitt when they appear with the correct arm and score points. You will lose points if you sock your trainer in the face! If the player hits the trainer more than the mitt, their score is 0 instead of negative integers. Sometimes, he will raise up both mits at the same time and you must hit both of them before you can continue. Again, both the Wii Remote and the Nunchuk are required to participate.
It is better to go slow and focus on the mits rather than just throwing punches everywhere. You score more points hitting the mits but you also lose points if you hit your trainer. The punches that do hit the trainer can be easily avoided if you just slow down and take your time. But don't be too slow or time will run out!
