Snipers are distinctly superior in fights with their strong sight and marvelous sharpshooting skills. No matter how far he/she is, the target of a sniper will not be able to avoid any arrow.
How to become a Sniper[edit]
At level 30, an Archer can become a Sniper or Beast Master by talking to Emilia of Rockslinwood. (Second Class Change) You must then complete the 1-6 quests "Way of the Sniper." For the first part, you need to bring 20 White Feathers to Emilia. Next, you must meet Gangdalf in Popola Village and bring him 5 Beef Ribs, 10 Spring Waters, 3 Aqua Seeds, and 10 Wooden Dolls. Lastly, you will receive a Wonder Eye Drop from Gangdalf to bring to Emilia. You will need to buy a 2nd Advanced Class License from any weapon seller for 1000 Gold and 1000 WSP.
White Feathers : Flying Peach(Recommended as it is easier to kill), Crow
Beef Ribs: Composition (For level 5 compostion the success rate is only 60%)
Spring Waters: Grocer
Aqua Seeds : Try gathering, however, going to the Flea Market is another alternative, though there might not be Aqua Seeds on sale and are expensive if they are.
Wooden Dolls : Well basically, they drop from B.H. Samurai. You can also try to Flea Market, though it is recommended you don't be lazy and fight B.H. Samurais.
2nd Advanced Class License: 1000 WSP seems to be quite a lot but to get them quickly is easy. Do Capture The Flag around 7-8 times and you are done with your 1000 WSP.
So now You're done. It's best to start early so that you can finish your job advancement once you're lvl 30.

Spring Water: 2k total, 200 each (Grocer)
Aqua Seeds: 2k-11k per seed. Or you can choose to gather them yourselves.
Wooden dolls: ? (So far haven't seen people selling them yet, though i'm guessing they range from 200-1000 gold)
2nd Advanced Class License: 1000 Gold 1000 WSP. In the Flea Market they can range from 2.5k to 10k. It is suggested for you to go to Capture the Flag several times.

1)3k + 2k + 15k + 1k = 21k(Minimum) OR 2)3k + 2k + 33k + 10k = 48k (Maximum)
