To start these missions, you need at least a Bronze medal in Basic Training.

When you complete these missions, you are given a medal based on your performace. A gold medal is given on the first attempt, while silver and bronze medals are given if you need several. The missions will become easier as you retry them, with minor changes (such as additional weapons or creates).

The amount and type of medals you receive also enable special options.

[edit] Pumpkin Problems

In this mission, you need to reach the special weapons crate on the right-side of the map with your sole worm, and you need to use girders and ninja-ropes to avoid the mines en-route.

There are three minutes alloted, in addition to a limited number of turns.

The AI is not much of a threat, and will only attack if it has a clear shot from its worms. Otherwise, it simply skips the turn, and won't attempt to continue.

Use the ninja rope to cross the first two sections, and use a shotgun to clear a path through the vine on the right. Use Girders to cross the mines before the vine, and capture the

[edit] Operation Market Garden

You have 10 minutes to defeat four enemies with your two worms. The enemy AI is weak, but your grenades should be enough.

[edit] All quiet in the library?

You have 10 minutes (50 seconds per turn) to defeat the various enemies. In this mission, there will be a lot of crates that come from the sky.

After a few turns, a nuke will be fired, causing the water level to raise slowly, and poisoning all of the worms. This poison can be healed using a medic crate. Soon after the nuke hits, there will be an earthquake causing the worms and items to move around.

[edit] Cool as ice

You have to use your single worm to kill the enemy worm, and you must do so within three turns (or otherwise find a way to prevent damage from the airstrike.

One solution involves using the jetpack and collecting the TNT and few other items, and dropping the TNT on the bridge above the guard (leaving the crates there, which causes him to be injured by flames.) On the next turn, shoot him with the UZI so that he sinks into the water.

[edit] Do the Locomotion

You have three minutes to collect the crate on the right-side of the map, and have 50 seconds per turn. It must be collected before a nuke hits the area.

  • Get the first crate and blow torch through the tree.
  • Jump onto the tree and place a large girder from the tree to the train.
  • Climb above the train, and when you are close to the mine, jump forward twice. Use a bungee to reach the utility crate, and use the jetpack to reach the end.

[edit] Sand in your eye

Secure the top of the pyramid and collect the create dropped there. In addition, you need to destroy all enemy worms.

[edit] Not Mushroom out there...

Collect the crate guarded by the enemy. Turns are 60 seconds, but there is no time limit.

[edit] Big Shot

Use the single work to destroy the enemy on the high ground. While the mission states the worm has an unlimited supply of shotgun ammo, this is incorrect.

Sudden death will start after a few turns. To complete the mission, you will want to use Girders to reach the center mushroom, and eliminate the enemies on the left. Then, use the girder to reach the frog and eliminate any remaining enemies there.

[edit] Water Surprise

The enemy general is hiding under the Eiffel tower.

Your first move should be to place a girder, almost vertical. Then, have one worm stand on the top of the girder shooting arrows to build a bridge. You may want to skip moves from your other worm to help improve accuracy and safety, right until the General uses both the napalm and air strike.

[edit] Jurassic Worm
