Once you finished up the last Special Mission: The Temple's Sinister Shadows?, its time to collect the other missing Pokémon in your Browser.
Challenges
Some Pokémon are locked behind the high scores of the 3 challenges in the game. It is recommended to start with the Capture Arena Challenge as you need to get 50,000 points to unlock Fearow in the Grassland Challenge.

The Regi Trio

With the ability to now take Pokémon out of its place of origin, you can explore uncharted areas and capture new Pokémon!
To start off, head to Fall City and go directly left of the base into the next area to find and capture a Blaziken.

Use Plusle/Minun on Blaziken as it runs around around. Remember where Blaziken is as you will be coming back to capture it often for it's easy access to 3x .
Once Blaziken is captured, head back to the base and fly to Wintown and head up into Sekra Range. Go up the stairs and capture the Poliwhirl before they jump into the water. You will need one for a its Poké Assist and the other one for it's Field Move.

Once both are captured, continue on the path to the right until you see the Pikachu then take the path to the left.
Continue on the path and cross the bridge. Just past and above the Pikachu is the entrance to the next area which you should go into.
In the next area walk along the tree line to the right and stay away from the group of trees in the middle or 5 Shiftry will jump out on you. Take the path to the right and capture the Sneasel

Once Sneasel is captured, head back into the previous area and go to the top left area to take the entrance into the next area. The cabin here is a rest stop and you can Recharge your Styler if needed. Go above the cabin and capture the Raichu just in case you need to recharge your Styler later. Go back down to the cabin and cross over the bridge to the right. In this area is an Altaria which you must capture for it's Field Move.

Go to the top right corner and go up the stairscand follow the path to the left until you reach the next area. Go up and capture the Piloswine

Once Piloswine is captured, use its Field Move on the log next to the river. Cross the log and go up to the cliff. Walk to the right alongside the cliff until you see stairs to go up into the next area. Continue on the path to the right and before you go up the stairs, a Golem will fall which you need to capture for it's Field Move.

Once Golem is captured then climb up the mountain until you see a big boulder to your right. Use Golem's Field Move to break it.
Once the boulder is broken, there will be a small vine. Use Poliwhirl's Field Move on it and it will grow. To the right of the vine, there are odd shaped flowers. Use Altaria's Field Move on one of them and it will reveal itself to be a new Pokémon, Vileplume.

Go back and grab another Golem as you will need its Field Move again. Come back to the vine when it's captured and climb up. Go up and you will find a breakable wall so use Golem's Field Move on it and then walk through it.
In the next area are Gastly whom can steal your Pokémon if you aren't quick enough. If they are stealing your Pokémon then you must capture them before they do so.

Go up and you will see a block of ice. Use Blaziken's Field Move on it then continue going up to find a door. Enter the door and you will find Regirock!

Capturing Regirock can be difficult if you don't know how to avoid the falling rocks so you Poliwhirl's Poké Assist if you need to. Once Regirock is captured, you can release it and either release or use Raichu. Now it's time to pick up some Pokémon that you need to get ready for the next area. Grab 3 Tangela, one is near the steps to the left of the vine, the second one is after the steps to the left of the steps to go to Fiore Temple, and the last one is in the next area to the left of the second one.

On your way out of Sekra Range, grab a Golem and an Altaria. When out of Sekra Range, go to the Ranger Base and fly to Fall City.
Regice
New Pokemon:

Go into the area to the left of Fall City and grab Blaziken again. Once captured, head left and into Krokka Tunnel. Once inside follow the path up and go inside the first doorway to the right to the next area. Follow the path up and go into the next area. Follow the path left and go into the first doorway on the right. Follow the path up into the next area. Climb up the vine and you find a new Pokémon, Torkoal.

You can release the Torkoal once captured then go down the stairs to the next area. This next area is actually Panula Cave. Be careful of Crobat's attack as it can confuse you and walking will be difficult. Follow the path until you find an ice rock blocking your way. Use Blaziken to melt it then go out of the cave the way you came and grab Blaziken as you will need it again very shortly.
Once Blaziken is captured then go back to the ice rock you melted. One you are back then continue going right and down the entrance way to the next area. Go down and past the Golem to find another ice rock.
Use Blaziken to melt it and go through the new entrance into the next area. Go down and use Golem and the right most boulder. Go back up to the previous area and capture the 2 Golem and come back. Jump down the hole from underneath the rock you just broke. Use Tangela on the pole straight ahead to cross the water then jump down the hole. Go up and through the doors to enter Regice's lair!

Regice is even harder than Regirock as it creates ice pillars making the area to loop smaller so as soon as you start use Golem and flick rocks at it to distract it then start looping around it and capture it. Once it's captured then you can release it.
Registeel
New Pokemon:

Exit Regice's lair then jump down the ledge and take the stairs to the right of it. Then take the next stairs to the right of you. Follow the path left all the way to the end and you will be back in Krokka Tunnel. Go down the vine and into the next area. Go down then take the path to the left and go into the next area. Capture the Magnemite if you need to heal a little. Go down and into the next area. Follow the path left until you see a doorway to your right. Enter the doorway and go all the way up until you see a Paras. Be careful of Zubat's attack as it's the same as Crobat's. Just above the Paras is a Big Mushroom. Use Altaria on it and it's revealed to be a new Pokémon, Parasect!.

Once the Parasect is captured, you can release it. Go to the cave entrance right before the Paras. Inside is a Machamp and a Hariyama. Capture both but do it one at a time as you need both later on.

Go down the stairs and capture another Hariyama. Go back up and out of the cave and go to the left side of the section with the Zubat and use Tangela to cross over. Follow the path down into the next area. Go left until you see a boulder. Use Hariyama to break and you will a few Diglett and a Dugtrio.

Go back up and use Sneasel on the fence and go into the doorway to the next area. Go up and you will see a series of breakable boulders. Use Golem on the right boulder and then use Hariyama on the next right boulder. Dont use Machamp as you need its Fighting Assist for Registeel later.
You will need to come back as the only Pokémon that can break these in Krokka Tunnel are only obtainable in previous areas and you can't go back right now with only one Pokémon with the Cross Move. Go back out and head right. Jump down the ledge and continue down then jump down the next ledge. Continue following the path down and you will find the exit into Lyra Forest. Go left from the exit and jump down the ledges. Continue on the path and at the fork take the left path and cross the bridge. Go to the left and up to the next area. Go a little bit up to find and capture an Ivysaur for another Pokémon with a Cross Move.

Head back to the ledges that you jumped down from when you exited Krokka Tunnel. You can't jump back up but take the path down and follow until you get back to the entrance to Krokka Tunnel. Head inside then go up and at the fork go left. Go up into the doorway to the next area. Go right and at the fork go up into the next doorway. This area is the area right before the vine and Torkoal so make your way back to the area with the Zubat and go up into the cave to catch two more Hariyama. Once done then head back to the unfinished boulders and use the Hariyama to finish them up to make a path to continue going up.
Go up and use the last Pokémon with the Cross Move and the pole on the other side of the ledge and not the one closest to you! Once you cross over, go up and capture the Tangela, for exiting later on, then go through the doors to be in Registeel's lair.

The best way to capture Registeel is to avoid its black ball attacks and using a Fighting Assist, this is the reason why we kept Machamp. Once captured, you can keep it as it does have a useful Field Move. Head out of its lair then use Tangela to cross over the gap and make your way to Lyra Forest like we did before to get an Ivysaur.
