You can complete this mission pretty easily. You cannot create units, so you need to attack directly.
With the top team, catch all the cities with infantry and VTC. On the bottom get as soon as possible the airport. You will lose everybody, but you will be able to create helicopters to avoid your base to be stolen and your enemy won't get into the air. With the middle team move as fast as possible to the west to destroy missile launchers. With the Andy team, launch the B52 to attack north east pipe, in way to let the top blue team to enter into the launch site. Then destroy everything, brings some infantry with VTC to get the cities. Open the south pipe, and destroy everything. Victory is when the player gets all cities around the missile.
