Player characters

• The "Rookie" is the main human character in the game.

• A Predator is the primary Predator character in the game.

• An Specimen 6 was an alien drone who serves as the central Xenomorph character in the game. He is branded with a 6 on his forehead.

Major characters

• Karl Bishop Weyland is a member of the Weyland Yutani Corp who is actually a synthetic android.

• HG Groves is scientist working for Karl-Bishop Weyland.
• The Matriarch is the name given to the Xenomorph Queen on BG-386. She was captured by Weyland-Yutani, but becomes free with the aid of specimen 6.
• The Abomination (also called the Predalien) is an alien that was implanted into a Predator. It serves as a boss in the Predator campaign.
