Animal Crossing: New Leaf/Phineas

Phineas is a kind, friendly Sea Lion who will visit your town whenever a player reaches a certain milestone. He hands out badges to players to commemorate these milestones, which can be displayed on a player's TPC. Phineas will only hand out one badge every time you talk to him, so if you have done enough to earn more badges, you'll need to talk to him multiple times to get all of the badges you're currently eligible for.

Here is a list of every badge you can get, as well as the conditions to get them. Note that there are three badges in each category, representing three different ranks. For example, you earn the Master Angler badge similarly to the Skilled Angler badge, by catching lots of fish, but you must catch a lot more to gain the Master Angler badge.
