1989 there was a 3D Tetris developed called BlockOut.  <br>

Now there is a modern version called BlockOut2 with a global scoreboard, in open source C/C++    <br>
and there are online versions and one online with a global scoreboard.  <br>
Online blockOut have its license on gamepuzzles.  <br>
