Once the background has reappeared and Beraboh Man's energy bar has refilled at the bottom of the screen, he will plunge into the water and change into his fish-like underwater form for a third time. Three groups of six Kurage will swim by from the right side of the screen, and you will have to kill at least one in each group to avoid being injured by them. Shortly after, six Tamashii will home in on Beraboh Man from their alternating positions at the top and bottom of the screen just before two groups of Pirania come zigzagging by. Once you have destroyed them all, you will see five Tatsunoko moving up and down in a fixed position and firing spiked balls at Beraboh Man - along with a Kame and a Gupi on the right side of the screen. Two of the King of Atlantis's second type of minions will also be swimming by in an attempt to stick their tridents into you just before three more Tatsunoko moving up and down in alternating fixed positions with an identical amount of the first type of the King of Atlantis's minions standing on the ocean floor. Three groups of two Tako will now approach Beraboh Man, then fire a spiked ball at him and quickly retreat once they have seen him. Just before the end of the stage, you will have to contend with two more Kame and an identical amount of Gupi before meeting up with the Twin Scuren for a second time; and you will see that it now has a Tekyuu moving up and down in front of it, making it slightly harder to score a hit on its operator once you have destroyed both of its heads. However, once you have done so and collected the Onigiri powerup, Beraboh Man will proceed to the twelfth stage - which is the fourth of the Ninja Dojo variety.
