As the mechanical harpy is coming in to land on the right side of the screen, finish Black Beraboh off and collect the Fuku he has left behind; if [[Beraboh Man/Controls and Characters#Fukubiki Man (福引男)|Fukubiki Man]] appears to leave a powerup behind for you at this point, jump up and collect it regardless of what it is for the extra energy, power, or points. Zortan will now be hovering in place on the right side of the screen and firing projectiles at you from behind his "impenetrable" shield - after you have jumped up and kicked him in the head seven more times, he will retreat. Once you have collected the Fuku he has left behind, Beraboh Man will proceed to the nineteenth stage - which is set in daylight.

Once the background has reappeared behind Beraboh Man and his energy bar at the bottom of the screen has refilled, start running to the right; you will immediately be drawn into a boss fight with Black Beraboh and Zortan, and the latter will speak the Hiragana/Katakana text Waga na ha Zorutan kimi ni, shiwo, ataeyō. (わがなはゾルタンきみに、しを、あたえよう.) to Beraboh Man once he has seen him. Start by punching Black Beraboh in the face between one and four times, then jump up and kick Zortan in the head as he's flying towards you - and as the mechanical harpy comes in to land on the right side of the screen and speaks the Hiragana text Īkagen ni, shi nasai yo! (いいかげんに、しなさいよ!) to Beraboh Man, punch Black Beraboh in the face for the remaining number of times to finish him off. Once he has spoken that Hiragana text Oboe tero. (おぼえてろ.) to Beraboh Man and ran off the right side of the screen, you will have to collect the Fuku he has left behind; if Fukubiki Man appears to leave a powerup behind for you at this point, you should jump up and collect it regardless of what it is for the extra energy, power, or points. Zortan will now be hovering up and down upon the right side of the screen, while firing projectiles at you from behind his "impenetrable" shield - and once you have jumped up and kicked him in the head seven more times, he will speak the Hiragana text Kore de, katta to omō na yo! (これで、かったとおもうなよ!) to Beraboh Man before flying away off the right side of the screen and leaving a Fuku behind. Once you have collected the Fuku that he has left behind the "stage clear" theme will be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for an eighteenth time and Beraboh Man will proceed to the nineteenth stage; this one is set back in daylight, and features the indestructible blue Yogandohito.
