Once Beraboh Man's energy bar has refilled at the bottom of the screen and the background has reappeared he will plunge into the water and transform into his fish-like underwater form for a fifth time, as four Kurage come swimming towards him at the top of the screen; once you've fired a missile at each of them to kill them, seven more Kurage will come swimming towards you on the centre of that screen. Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of these, to kill them, five Ika will drop down on you from the surface of the ocean - and once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of these, to kill them, two groups of Pirania will come zigzagging towards you. Once you have fired a missile at the leaders of the groups to kill them all, you will come to two more Kurage that are waiting on the ocean floor; once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them, four Tako will come swimming towards you in the centre of the screen before firing a spiked ball and retreating once they have seen you - and you will now have to collect an Onigiri powerup to restore some of your energy as you'll come to five Maimai Men that appear to be walking on the water and are firing spiked balls at you. Once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them, two more groups of Pirania will come zigzagging towards you; once you have fired a missile at the leaders of the groups to kill them all three more Ika will drop down on you from the surface of the ocean. Once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of these to kill them, you will come to five Tatsunoko that are moving up and down in a fixed position while firing spiked balls at you - and once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of them to kill them, you will come to three of the King of Atlantis's first type of henchmen, who appear to be standing on the water while throwing spiked balls at you. Once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of them to kill them a Tamashii will come swimming towards you; once you have fired three missiles at or dropped three depth charges on it to kill it a fifth Tako will come swimming towards you before firing a spiked ball and retreating once it has seen you. Once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on it to kill it you'll have to collect a second Onigiri powerup to restore some more energy as you come to four Isogin that are firing spiked balls at you from their positions on the ocean floor - and once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of these, to kill them, you'll come to the King of Atlantis for the third time in the game, who will speak the Hiragana/Katakana text Washi ga Atoranchisu Daiō ja. (わしがアトランチスだいおうじゃ.) to Beraboh Man once he has seen him. Once you have shot five missiles (four more than the three you encountered earlier) at each of his four henchmen to kill them, he will speak the Hiragana/Katakana text Yokumo kobun wo koroshita na! Kono kataki ha kitto, toru. (よくもコブンをころしたな! このかたきはきっと、とる.) to Beraboh Man before retreating off that right side of the screen once again; once you've collected a third and final Onigiri powerup to restore yet more energy, that "stage clear" theme will be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for a twenty-first time, and Beraboh Man will proceed to the twenty-second stage, which is the sixth one of the Ninja Dojo variety.
