Once Beraboh Man's energy bar has refilled at the bottom of the screen and the background has reappeared, he will plunge into the water and transform into his fish-like underwater form for the sixth time; as with the seventh and sixteenth stages, the rock formations that Beraboh Man will encounter during this stage are harmless, but if he gets trapped between one and the left side of the screen, it will slowly drain his energy. You will first come to two Isogin that are firing spiked balls at you from their positions on the ocean floor - and once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them, two Kurage will come swimming towards you at the top (and middle) of the screen. Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them, two Ika will drop down on you from the surface of the ocean as you pass over a rock formation on the floor; once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them, a Tamashii will start swimming towards you. Once you have fired three missiles at or dropped three depth charges on it to kill it, a third Kurage will come swimming towards you, as you pass over another rock formation on the ocean floor - and once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on it to kill it, two Tako will approach you as you are passing under a third rock formation at the surface of the ocean, then fire a spiked ball at you once they have seen you and retreat off the right side of the screen. Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them, you will have to pass through a gap between two more rock formations before coming to three Doragon and three Tatsunoko that are moving up and down in a fixed position (the Tatsunoko will also be firing spiked balls at you); once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of them to kill them, you'll have to pass through the gap in the middle of a rock wall as three Maimai Men come swimming directly towards you, while you pass over a sixth rock formation on the ocean floor. Once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of them to kill them a third Ika will drop down on you from its position on a seventh rock formation at the surface of the ocean - and once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on it to kill it, a group of Pirania will come zigzagging towards you as you pass over an eighth rock formation on the ocean floor. Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on the group leader, to kill them all, you will have to pass through another gap between two more rock formations, as two new Tamashii come swimming towards you; once you've fired three missiles at or dropped three depth charges on both of them to kill them, a third Tako will come swimming towards you. Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on it to kill it, you have to swim under two more rock formations at the surface of the ocean - and three more Ika will drop down on you from their positions on that eleventh formation as you are passing under it. Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of these to kill them, two more Ika will drop down on you from their positions on that twelfth formation; once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them, you'll come to two more Isogin that are firing spiked balls at you from their positions on a thirteenth rock formation (on the ocean floor). Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of them, to kill them, a second group of Pirania will come zigzagging towards you - and once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on the group's leader to kill them all a fourth Kurage will come swimming towards you in the middle of the screen. Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on it to kill it, you'll have to pass under a fourteenth rock formation at the surface of the ocean - and a sixth Ika will drop down on you from its position on this formation, as you are passing under it. Once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on it to kill it, a fifth Kurage will come swimming towards you in the middle of the screen; once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on it to kill it, a fourth Tamashii will come swimming towards you. Once you have fired three missiles at or dropped three depth charges on it to kill it, you will come to a fourth Maimai Man who is walking along the ocean floor while firing spiked balls at you - and once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge upon him to kill him, you come to a fourth Doragon moving up and down in a fixed position on the left side of a gap between two more rock formations (a fifth Isogin will also be firing spiked balls at you from its position on the lower formation, along with a fourth Tatsunoko moving up and down in a fixed position on the gap's right side). Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on all three of these, to kill them, you'll come to three more Kurage that are waiting on the ocean floor between four more rock walls; once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of them to kill them, a seventh Ika will drop down on you from the surface of the ocean. Once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on it, to kill it, you'll come to a sixth Isogin that is firing spiked balls at you from its position on a seventeenth rock formation on the ocean floor - and once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on it to kill it, you will come to a fifth Doragon moving up and down in a fixed position on the left side of a eighteenth rock formation at the surface of the ocean (along with a fifth Tatsunoko that's moving up and down in a fixed position and firing spiked balls at you on the right side). Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them, two Gupi will appear and start firing spiked balls at you; once you have fired three missiles at or dropped three depth charges on both of them to kill them, you will have to pass over a nineteenth rock formation on the ocean floor. Two more Kurage are waiting on this formation - and once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on both of these, to kill them, a fifth Tamashii will rise up from its position on the ocean floor will start swimming towards you as you pass under a twentieth rock formation at the surface of the ocean. Once you have fired three missiles at or dropped three depth charges upon it, to kill it, a third group of Pirania will come zigzagging towards you; once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on the group's leader to kill them all you will come to a seventh Isogin firing spiked balls at you from its position on a twenty-first rock formation on the ocean floor. Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge upon it, to kill it, three more Ika will drop down on you from the surface of the ocean - and once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of them, to kill them, you will come to a sixth Doragon moving up and down in a fixed position on the left side of a twenty-second rock formation at the surface of the ocean (a sixth Tatsunoko will also be moving up and down in a fixed position while firing spiked balls at you on that right side of the gap). Once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them, you will have to fight the Twin Scuren for the fourth time; it now has two Tekyuu moving up and down in a fixed position in front of it, which makes it somewhat harder to land five hits on both of its heads, as they are spitting projectiles at you. Once you have fired five missiles at both of its heads to destroy them, fired a missile at the King of Atlantis's Henchman riding it to make it retreat (it is also still possible to fire a second missile at him while it is retreating, to make it explode and receive 2000 extra points, but the two Tekyuu will make it somewhat harder to do), and passed through the gap between the Tekyuu (there is no Onigiri powerup), the "stage clear" theme will be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for the twenty-fifth time and Beraboh Man will proceed to the twenty-sixth stage - which is the seventh that is of the Ninja Dojo variety.
