Dr. Bomb:
うぬぬぬぬっ! まだいきておるかシーサイドで、しねい! (Ununununu! Mada ikite oru ka shīsaido de, shi nei!)
プレイヤー1/2ステージ5じゃ. (Pureiyā 1/2 sutēji 5 ja.)

Once the background has reappeared behind Bravoman and his energy bar at the bottom of the screen has refilled start by running to the right as an Unbaba comes flying towards you; once you have kicked it to kill it, two more Unbaba will come flying towards you as a Mini Tank comes rolling towards you. Once you have punched both of the Unbaba to kill them, and crouched down and headbutted the Mini Tank to kill it, you will have to stand up again as a fourth Unbaba comes flying towards you - and once you have kicked it to kill it you will have to jump onto a telegraph pole, drop down to the ground on the other side of it, and jump over a telephone box like the one on the second stage as two Miteguys come flying towards you, fire off a missile at you and retreat off the right side of the screen. Once you have crouched down and headbutted both of these to kill them, you will have to stand up again and collect the Fuku they have left behind, jump onto another telegraph pole that has a traffic light hanging from its right side, drop down to the ground on the other side of it, and jump over a mailbox; you will then come to a third Miteguy that is firing missiles at you while moving down the screen, then retreating off the top of the screen once it has reached the ground. Once you have punched it to kill it, and collected the Fuku it has left behind, you shall come to a building with a second mailbox on its right side (the sign on its left side also reads as Koko Tokoya ココ トコヤ) - and once you have jumped onto the sign and the top of the building itself in turn, then dropped down to the ground on the other side of it, a Kikyuu shall fly into view at the top of the screen, while dropping bombs on you. If Lottery Man had left a Kantsūken powerup behind for you to collect earlier in the stage, you might want to leave it for a while, as the bombs that this balloon-like robot drops, like the axes spat by the Totems, can be blocked for 100 extra points apiece, and when Ugo 401 decides to come after you, you will again easily be able to defeat him; however, if he had not, you will just have to jump up and kick the Kikyuu to bring it down to the ground (and you will still eventually have to do this, even if Lottery Man had left a Kantsūken powerup behind earlier in this stage) before crouching down and headbutting it quickly to kill it, because it will soon get back up again. Once you have collected the Fuku that it has left behind, you will have to stand up again before jumping onto a horizontally-oriented pipe and dropping down to the ground on the other side of it - and you will then come to three more pipes that are adjacent to each other with two Mokera standing on top of them. Once they've fired their heads at you and grown replacement ones, they shall start making their way towards you down the side of the left-most pipe; once you have punched them three times to kill them and collected the Fuku they have left behind, you'll have to jump onto the pipes, and drop down to the ground on the other side of them. Six Mad Stampers will then come bouncing towards you on their ten-ton weights - and once you have crouched down and headbutted them while they are on the ground to kill them, then collected all of the Fuku they have left behind, you shall have to jump over three increasingly taller stacks of oil drums in turn. Eight more Mini Tanks will then come rolling towards you; once you've crouched down and headbutted each of them to kill them, you will have to stand up again as another Kikyuu flies into view at the top of the screen while dropping bombs on you. Again, if Lottery Man left a Kantsūken powerup behind for you to collect earlier on in the stage, you may want to leave it for a while - however, if he didn't, you shall just have to jump up and kick the Kikyuu to bring it down to the ground, then crouch down and headbutt it quickly to kill it before it gets back up again. You now have to stand up again and collect the Fuku that the Kikyuu has left behind, as you come to an industrial platform that has two Baninga standing on top of it; once you've jumped onto a "Mekanameishi" platform that is moving up and down in a fixed position to be carried up to this platform's top level, you'll have to punch both of the Baninga twice to kill them. Once you have collected the Fuku they've left behind, you'll have to jump onto one of two more "Mekanameishi" platforms that are moving up and down in a fixed position, and jump over a flag on top of the platform - and once you have done so, you shall have to jump onto a fourth "Mekanameishi" platform that is moving up and down in a fixed position to get carried up to the top of an electricity pylon (with a Magneiza NP1 standing on top of it). If the Magneiza NP1's mouth is open by the time you are carried up to the top of the electricity pylon, you'll have to crouch down to avoid getting drawn into its magnetic field before standing up again and punching it twice to kill it; once you have collected the Fuku it has left behind, you will have to drop down to a second industrial platform as a pair of Purazuma fly down into view from the top of the screen, and start circling around you before giving you a powerful shock. Unless Lottery Man left a Kantsūken powerup behind for you earlier in the stage, or you still have a few "atoms" remaining after collecting a Hadō-dan powerup, it is impossible to avoid being electrified by them at least once, which means that if you are low on energy, a shock could cost you the game - however, once the number of hits you land on them amounts to five, both of them will be killed. Once you have collected the Fuku they have left behind, you will have to jump up to a third industrial platform with another Magneiza NP1 standing on top of it; once you have punched it twice to kill it, you will have to drop down to the ground on the other side of the industrial platform and continue running to the right, as a trio of Attack Bomber V9 (who are the only multiple-hit regular enemies on whom the Gāno explosions shall not appear when they are hit) come rolling towards you while firing missiles at you from their arms. Once you have punched each of them five times to kill them (the hit is registered by them being knocked back a little) and collected the Fuku they have left behind you will have to fight Black Bravo for a second time - and once you've punched him in the face six times to defeat him again, he will speak the Hiragana text Oboe tero. (おぼえてろ.) to Bravoman before running off the right side of the screen. Once you've collected the Fuku that he has left behind, the song you were hearing from the Yamaha YM-2151 shall fade out, and Lottery Man will speak the Katakana/Hiragana text Biba!! Berabōman. Onigiri, ku wan kai. (ビバ!! ベラボーマン. おにぎり、くわんかい) to Bravoman and give him one Onigiri energy bonus for every 10 Fuku he has collected during the stage; once he has cycled away the "stage clear" theme will be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for the fifth time and Bravoman will proceed to the sixth stage. It is also worth noting that the four "Mekanameishi" platforms, written in Katakana as メカナメイシ, look like this: File:BM Mekanameishi Platform.gif
