World 1: "IN THE CAMEL"

Best lap: 0'60"0

Welcome to the Special Course. Once the maze and ball have appeared on the screen (and that starting light has changed, from red to yellow to green), the ball will fall down onto the first wall of the maze, and the timer will start counting down; you will then have to rotate the maze 90 degrees clockwise to make the ball fall onto one of a group of two blocks, destroying it for 1000 extra points and falling onto the second wall. Once you have done so, you will have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees anticlockwise and make the ball fall onto one of a group of four more blocks, destroying it for 1000 extra points and falling onto the third wall - and you will then have to rotate the maze back a few degrees clockwise (while watching out for a "Timer Down" wall tile), to make the ball fall onto the fourth, fifth and sixth walls in turn and rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto one of a third group of two more blocks (the first one's a +3 one), destroying it for 1000 more extra points and landing on the seventh wall. Once you have done so, you will have to rotate the maze 180 degrees either way to make the ball fall towards the eighth wall then rotate it 90 more degrees clockwise before it falls too far (while watching out for the other side of the "Timer Down" wall tile) to make it fall onto the ninth wall, rotate it back a few degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for a second "Timer Down" wall tile!) and make it fall onto the tenth wall, rotate it back a few degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the eleventh wall, rotate it back a few degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the twelfth and thirteenth walls in turn and rotate it back a few more degrees anticlockwise (while watching for a -3 block) to make it fall onto a bumper (which it shall bounce off for 500 extra points and fall onto the fourteenth wall); you will then have to rotate the maze back a few degrees clockwise (while watching out for a third "Timer Down" wall tile) to make the ball fall onto a second bumper (which it will bounce off for 500 more extra points, and fall onto the fifteenth wall). Once you've done so, you will have to rotate the maze a few degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for a fourth "Timer Down" wall tile!), to make the ball fall onto the sixteenth, seventeenth, and eighteenth walls in turn, and rotate it 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto one of a third group of two more blocks (the first one's another +3 one), destroying it for 1000 more extra points and landing on the nineteenth wall - and you'll now have to rotate the maze back 180 degrees either way and make the ball fall back towards the eighteenth wall, rotate it 90 degrees clockwise (while watching for a fifth "Timer Down" wall tile) to make it start falling towards a sixth "Timer Down" wall tile, rotate it back a few degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the nineteenth wall (before it lands on the sixth "Timer Down" tile), rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto that twentieth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto that twenty-first wall (while watching out for a seventh "Timer Down" wall tile!), and rotate it a few more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto that goal point. Once you have done so the text "WORLD 1 COMPLETE!" will appear on the screen as the camera zooms in on the maze while rotating anticlockwise until it has disappeared; that text "LAP TIME" shall now get displayed on the screen, with the text "X'XX"XX" (and "A NEW RECORD", given that the first best lap time is, yet again, more than the starting time, so you shall yet again have no choice but to usurp it, but it shall still be reset when the cabinet is turned off, as Taito's F2 games do not use NVRAM) next to it. Below that, the text "TIME BONUS" shall get displayed with the text "XX.X SEC X 100 = XXX0 POINTS"" (XX.X and XXX0 being your remaining time and resulting bonus respectively) next to it, and you will receive a bonus of your remaining time multiplied by 100 - and below that, the text "TIME EXTEND +40 SEC." will be displayed as your remaining time is extended by forty seconds. The text "GO TO NEXT WORLD!" shall then be displayed at the bottom of the screen, and you shall proceed onward to World 2 of the last course in the game.

World 2: "DOLPHIN PASSAGE"

Best lap: 0'60"0

Once the maze and ball have appeared on the screen (and that starting light has changed, from red to yellow to green), the ball shall fall down onto the first wall of the maze, and the timer shall start counting down; you will then have to rotate the maze 90 degrees either way to make the ball fall onto the second or third wall (which are both slanted, so it shall roll down them of its own accord), and fall onto one of two groups of two blocks, destroying it for 1000 extra points and falling onto the fourth or fifth wall. Once you do so, you have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise or anticlockwise (the direction depends on which path you have chosen) to make the ball fall onto the sixth or seventh wall (which are both again slanted, so it will again roll down them of its own accord onto the left or right side of the eighth wall, which are both once again slanted so it'll once again roll down them of its own accord and fall onto the ninth or tenth wall, which are yet again slanted so it'll yet again roll down them of its own accord) and rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise or clockwise (the direction again depends on which path you have chosen) to make it fall onto the first, third or fifth of a third group of six more blocks (which are +3 ones, but the second, fourth and sixth ones must be avoided because they're -3 ones), destroying it for three extra seconds and falling onto the eleventh wall - and you will now have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise to make the ball fall onto one of a fourth group of thirty-six more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points. Once you've done so you will have to rotate the maze a few more degrees clockwise and make the ball fall onto the twelfth wall (which is for a fifth time slanted, so it will for a fifth time roll down it of its own accord onto the thirteenth wall, which is for a sixth time slanted, so it will for a sixth time roll down it of its own accord onto the fourteenth wall, which is for a seventh time slanted so it will for a seventh time roll down it of its own accord to the fifteenth wall, which is for an eighth time slanted, so it will for an eighth time roll down it of its own accord onto the sixteenth wall, which is for a ninth time slanted, so it shall for a ninth time roll down it of its own accord onto the seventeenth wall, which is for a tenth time slanted so it will for a tenth time roll down it of its own accord onto the eighteenth wall), rotate it 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the nineteenth wall, rotate it 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the twentieth wall (which is for an eleventh time slanted so it'll roll down it of its own accord to the twenty-first wall), rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the twenty-second wall (which is for twelfth time slanted, so it will for a twelfth time roll down it of its own accord onto the twenty-third wall, which is for a thirteenth time slanted, so it will for thirteenth time roll down it of its own accord onto the each of the next three walls, which are all for a fourteenth time slanted, in turn), and rotate it back few degrees clockwise to make it fall down onto a bumper (which it will bounce off for 500 extra points); you will now have to rotate the maze back 180 degrees either way to make the ball fall onto the twenty-seventh wall and rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto another bumper (which it will bounce off for 500 more extra points). Once you have done so, you will have to rotate the maze back 180 degrees either way to make the ball fall onto the twenty-eighth wall and rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto a third bumper (which it will bounce off for 500 more extra points) - and you will then have to rotate the maze back 180 degrees either way to make the ball fall onto the twenty-ninth wall and rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto a fourth bumper (which it will bounce off for 500 more extra points). Once you have done so, you will have to rotate the maze back 180 degrees either way to make the ball fall onto the thirtieth wall, then rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto a fourth bumper (which it shall bounce off for 500 more extra points); you'll then have to rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the thirty-first wall (which is for a fifteenth time slanted, so it will for a fifteenth time roll down it of its own accord and fall onto a singular block, destroying it for 1000 more extra points and falling onto the goal point). Once you've done so, the text "WORLD 2 COMPLETE!" shall appear on the screen, as the camera zooms in on the maze while rotating anticlockwise until it has disappeared - and the text "LAP TIME" will then be displayed on the screen with the text "X'XX"XX" (and, if you had usurped the best lap time, "A NEW RECORD") next to it. Below it, the text "TIME BONUS" shall be displayed, with "XX.X SEC X 200 = XXX0 POINTS"" (XX.X and XXX0, again, being your remaining time and resulting bonus, respectively) next to it, as you receive a bonus of your remaining time multiplied by 200; below that, the text "TIME EXTEND +40 SEC." is displayed as your remaining time is again extended (by forty seconds). The text "GO TO NEXT WORLD!" shall now be displayed at the bottom of the screen again, and you'll proceed onward to World 3.

World 3: "TECHNO CAVE"

Best lap: 0'50"0

Once the maze and ball have appeared on the screen (and that starting light has changed, from red to yellow to green), you will have to rotate the maze a few degrees anticlockwise to make the ball fall onto the first wall, rotate it a few more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the second wall (which, because it's slanted, it'll roll down it of its own accord onto the third wall), and rotate it back a few degrees clockwise to make it fall onto a bumper (which it shall bounce off for 500 extra points and fall onto the fourth wall); you will then have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make the ball fall onto the fifth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the sixth wall (which, because it is again slanted, it shall again roll down it of its own accord and fall onto the seventh wall), rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise (while watching out for "Red Timer Down" wall tile) to make it fall to the eighth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the ninth wall and rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise (while watching for the other side of the "Red Timer Down" wall tile) and make it fall onto one of a group of fourteen blocks (the first one is also a +5 one, while the ninth one is a ? one), destroying it for 1000 extra points and landing on the tenth wall. Once you have done so you will have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise, to make the ball fall onto the eleventh wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise, to make it fall onto the twelfth wall, rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise and make it fall onto the thirteenth wall (which because it's once again slanted, it'll once again roll down it of its own accord), rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise, to make it fall onto the fourteenth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the fifteenth wall, and rotate it back a few more degrees anticlockwise (while watching for a "Timer Down" wall tile) to make it fall onto one of a group of two more blocks, destroying it for 1000 extra points and falling onto the sixteenth wall - and you then have to rotate the maze back a few more degrees anticlockwise and make the ball fall onto that seventeenth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise (while watching for another "Timer Down" wall tile) to make it fall onto that eighteenth wall, rotate it back a few degrees clockwise to make it fall onto that nineteenth wall, and rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise, to collect two 1000-point arrows and fall onto another bumper (which it will bounce off for 500 more extra points, and fall onto the twentieth wall). Once you have done so you will have to rotate the maze back 90 more degrees clockwise and make the ball fall onto one of a third group of four more blocks (the second one is also a +3 one), destroying it for 1000 more extra points and falling onto the twenty-first wall; you will then have to rotate the maze 90 more degrees clockwise to make the ball pass a changing barrier (if it lands on it while it's red and saying "STOP!" you will have to wait until it changes its colour and phrase to green and "GO!" before it will pass through it). Once you have done so you will have to rotate the maze back 90 more degrees clockwise (while watching for three more "Timer Down" wall tiles, and a second "Red Timer Down" wall tile!) to make the ball pass another changing barrier (again, if it falls on it while it's red, and saying "STOP! STOP!", you will again have to wait until it changes its colour and phrase to green and "GO! GO!" before it'll pass through it) and fall into a warp area that will automatically take it down to the twenty-first wall, and rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise, to make it fall onto a single block (which is another ? one), destroying it for five extra seconds and landing on that twenty-second wall - and you shall then have to rotate the maze back 180 degrees either way to make the ball fall onto the twenty-third wall, and rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the goal point. Once you've done so, the text "WORLD 3 COMPLETE!" will be displayed upon the screen as the camera zooms in on the maze while rotating anticlockwise until it has disappeared; the text "LAP TIME" will then be displayed upon the screen, with the text of "X'XX"XX" (and again, if you had usurped the best lap time, "A NEW RECORD") next to it. Below that the text "TIME BONUS" shall be displayed, with the text "XX.X SEC X 300 = XXX0 POINTS"" (XX.X and XXX0, once again, being your remaining time and resulting bonus respectively) next to it as you receive the bonus of your remaining time multiplied by 300 - and below that, the text "TIME EXTEND +40 SEC." shall be displayed as your remaining time is once again extended by forty seconds. The text of "GO TO NEXT WORLD!" will then be displayed at the bottom of the screen for the third time, and you shall proceed onward to World 4 (which begins with the ball trapped in a group of twenty-four blocks).

World 4: "MAGICIAN'S ESCAPE"

Best lap: 0'40"0

Once the maze and ball have appeared on the screen (and that starting light has changed, from red to yellow to green), you will have to rotate the maze 90 degrees anticlockwise, and press the Jump Button twice to make the ball jump up and destroy the two blocks over it in the group of twenty-four it has started in the centre of (the seventh one is also a +3 one, while the twenty-third one is a ? one) for 1000 extra points apiece; you will then have to rotate the maze 180 degrees either way and make the ball fall to the first wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise twice to make it fall onto the second and third walls in turn, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise twice and make it fall onto the fourth and fifth walls in turn, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise twice to make it fall to the sixth and seventh walls in turn, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise twice to make it fall onto the eighth and ninth walls in turn, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise twice and make it fall to the tenth and eleventh walls in turn, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise twice to make it fall to the twelfth and thirteenth walls in turn, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise twice and make it fall onto the fourteenth and fifteenth walls in turn, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise twice to make it fall to the sixteenth and seventeenth walls in turn, rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall to the eighteenth wall, rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise, to make it fall onto that nineteenth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall to that twentieth wall, rotate it back a few more degrees anticlockwise, to make it fall onto the twenty-first wall, rotate it back a few degrees clockwise, to make it fall to that twenty-second wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto that twenty-third wall, rotate it back a few more degrees anticlockwise, to make it fall onto that twenty-fourth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise twice to make it fall onto the twenty-fifth and twenty-sixth walls in turn, rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise to make it fall to that twenty-seventh wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall to that twenty-eighth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto that twenty-ninth wall, rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise (while watching out for two "Timer Down" wall tiles) to make it fall onto the thirtieth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall down onto the thirty-first wall, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the thirty-second wall, and rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall down onto a single block (which is another +3 one), destroying it for three extra seconds and landing on the thirty-third wall. Once you've done it, you will have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise (while watching out for two more "Timer Down" wall tiles) to make the ball fall onto one of another group of four more blocks destroying it for 1000 more extra points and continuing to fall, while watching out for four more "Timer Down" wall tiles, towards one of a third group of four more blocks; you'll then have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees anticlockwise, before the ball lands on one of them (while watching for seven more "Timer Down" wall tiles!), to make it fall onto one of a fourth group of four more blocks (the first and fourth ones are also +3 ones), destroying it for 1000 more extra points and continuing to fall, while watching out for three more "Timer Down" wall tiles, down towards two more "Timer Down" wall tiles. Once you have done it, you will have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise (while watching out for four more "Timer Down" wall tiles) to make the ball fall towards one of a fifth group of three more blocks and rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise before it lands on one of them (while watching out for three more "Timer Down" wall tiles!) to make it fall onto one of a sixth group of two more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points - and the ball will then continue to fall (while watching out for two more "Timer Down" wall tiles!) onto one of a seventh group of two more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points, and continuing to fall (while watching out for two more "Timer Down" wall tiles) onto one of an eighth group of two more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points. The ball will then continue to fall to the thirty-third wall, and you will now have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees anticlockwise twice to make it fall onto the thirty-fourth and thirty-fifth walls in turn, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise twice (and make it fall onto the thirty-sixth and thirty-seventh walls in turn), rotate it back a few degrees anticlockwise and make it fall onto that thirty-eighth wall and rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto that goal point; once you have done this, the text of "WORLD 4 COMPLETE!" will appear on the screen, as the camera zooms in on the maze while rotating anticlockwise until it disappears. The text of "LAP TIME" will now be displayed on the screen, with the text "X'XX"XX" (and once again, if you had usurped the best lap time, "A NEW RECORD") next to it; below that, the text "TIME BONUS" is displayed, with the text "XX.X SEC X 400 = XXX0 POINTS"" (XX.X and XXX0, yet again, being your remaining time and resulting bonus respectively) next to it, as you receive the bonus of your remaining time multiplied by 400 - and below it, the text "TIME EXTEND +40 SEC." shall get displayed, as your remaining time is yet again extended by forty seconds. The text of "GO TO NEXT WORLD!" shall then get displayed at the bottom of the screen for the fourth time, and you shall proceed onward to World 5 (the "halfway point" of this course).

World 5: "WHIRLWIND BREAK"

Best lap: 0'60"0

Once the maze and ball have appeared on the screen, and the starting light has changed, from red to yellow to green, the ball will roll down the first wall of the maze onto a group of two blocks, and you will have to press the Jump Button to make it jump up, rotate the maze 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto that first wall, and rotate it back 270 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto one of the blocks, destroying it for 1000 extra points; the ball shall then continue to fall onto that second wall, and you shall have to rotate the maze 270 degrees clockwise to make it land on one of another group of three more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points. The ball will then continue to fall onto the third wall, and you will have to rotate the maze 270 more degrees clockwise, to make it fall onto one of a third group of three more blocks, destroying it for 1000 extra points - and the ball will then continue to fall to the fourth wall, and you must rotate the maze 270 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto one of a fourth group of three more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points. The ball will then continue to fall onto the fifth wall, and you will have to rotate the maze a few more degrees clockwise (while watching out for eight "Timer Down" wall tiles) and make it fall to the sixth wall, rotate it back a few degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the seventh wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall to the eighth wall, and rotate it back 270 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto one of a fifth group of three more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points; the ball shall then continue to fall onto the ninth wall, and you will have to rotate the maze back a few more degrees anticlockwise, to make it fall onto one of a sixth group of two more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points. The ball will now continue to fall onto the tenth wall, and you will have to rotate the maze back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto that eleventh wall, then rotate it back 180 degrees either way to make it fall onto one of a seventh group of two more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points - and the ball will now continue to fall onto the twelfth wall, and you'll have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the thirteenth wall, then rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise, to make it fall to one of an eighth group of two more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points. The ball will then continue to fall onto the fourteenth wall, and you will have to rotate the maze back 270 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto one of a ninth group of three more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points; the ball will then continue to fall onto the fifteenth wall, and you must rotate the maze back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto sixteenth wall, then rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto a bumper (which it will bounce off for 500 more extra points, and fall onto a singular block, destroying it for 1000 more extra points). The ball will then continue to fall onto the goal point - and the text "WORLD 5 COMPLETE!" will then appear on the screen as the camera zooms in on the maze while rotating anticlockwise until it disappears. The text "LAP TIME" shall then be displayed on the screen, with the text "X'XX"XX" (and for a fifth time, if you had usurped the best lap time, "A NEW RECORD") next to it; below that, the text "TIME BONUS" will be displayed, with the text "XX.X SEC X 500 = XXX0 POINTS"" (XX.X and XXX0, for a fifth time, being your remaining time and resulting bonus respectively) next to it as you receive a bonus of your remaining time multiplied by 500. Below that, the text "TIME EXTEND +40 SEC." shall be displayed as your remaining time is (for a fifth time) extended by forty seconds - and the text "GO TO NEXT WORLD!" shall now be displayed at the bottom of the screen for what is now a fifth time.

World 6: "SAW SAW PANIC"

Best lap: 0'60"0

Once the maze and ball have appeared on the screen, and the starting light has changed from red to yellow to green, the ball will fall onto the first wall of the maze (which, because it's slanted, it'll roll down of its own accord onto the second wall); you shall now have to rotate the maze 90 degrees clockwise to make the ball fall onto that third wall (which, because it is again slanted, it'll again roll down of its own accord onto the fourth wall), rotate it a few more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the fifth wall (which, because it's once again slanted, it will once again roll down it of its own accord), rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the sixth wall (which, because it is yet again slanted, it shall yet again roll down it of its own accord onto the seventh wall), rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto that eighth wall (which, because it is for a fifth time slanted, it will for a fifth time roll down it of its own accord), rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the ninth wall (which because it is for a sixth time slanted, it will roll down it of its own accord, onto all of the next twelve walls, which are all for a seventh time slanted, in turn), rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for a "Timer Down" wall tile), to make it fall onto that twenty-second wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise, to make it fall to that twenty-third wall, rotate it back a few more degrees anticlockwise twice, to make it fall onto the next two walls in turn, rotate it back a few degrees clockwise and anticlockwise seven times and make it fall onto all of the next twelve walls in turn, rotate it back a few degrees clockwise, to make it fall to the thirty-eighth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the thirty-ninth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the fortieth wall (which because it's for an eighth time slanted, it will for an eighth time roll down it of its own accord and onto the forty-first wall), rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise and make it fall onto the forty-second wall, rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the forty-third wall (which, because it is for a ninth time slanted, it will for a ninth time roll down it of its own accord, onto the forty-fourth wall), and rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the goal point. Once you have done so, the text "WORLD 6 COMPLETE!" will appear on the screen as the camera zooms in on the maze while rotating anticlockwise until it disappears - and the text of "LAP TIME" will then be displayed on the screen, with the text "X'XX"XX" (and for sixth time, if you'd usurped the best lap time, "A NEW RECORD") next to it. Below that the text "TIME BONUS" is displayed with that text of "XX.X SEC X 600 = XXX0 POINTS"" (XX.X and XXX0 for a sixth time being your remaining time and resulting bonus respectively) next to it, as you receive a bonus of your remaining time multiplied by 600; below it, the text "TIME EXTEND +40 SEC." is displayed, as your remaining time is (for a sixth time) extended by forty seconds, and the text "GO TO NEXT WORLD!" will then get displayed at the bottom of the screen for a sixth time.

World 7: "SELESTIAL PATIO"

Best lap: 0'60"0

Once the maze and ball have appeared on the screen (and the starting light has changed from red to yellow to green), you shall have to press the Jump Button to make the ball jump up and fall onto one of a group of two blocks (destroying it for 1000 extra points); the ball will then continue its falling (while watching out for a "Timer Down" wall tile) onto one of another group of seven more blocks destroying it for 1000 more extra points. Once you have done it, you will have to rotate the maze 90 degrees anticlockwise to make the ball fall onto the second wall, rotate it back a few degrees clockwise to make it enter a warp area that shall automatically make it roll down, left and up to the third wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for a "Red Timer Down" wall tile, and another "Timer Down" wall tile) to make it fall onto the fourth wall, and rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto one of a third group of four more blocks destroying it for 1000 more extra points - and the ball will now continue to fall (while watching out for a third "Timer Down" wall tile), onto one of a fourth group of four more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points. The ball shall then continue falling (while watching out for a fourth "Timer Down" wall tile), onto the fifth wall, and you shall have to rotate the maze 90 degrees clockwise to make the ball fall onto the sixth wall, rotate it a few more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the seventh wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for a fifth "Timer Down" wall tile) to make it fall onto the eighth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for the right side of the fifth "Timer Down" wall tile, and a sixth one), to make it fall to the ninth wall, rotate it back a few degrees clockwise to make it fall to the tenth wall (which, because it's slanted, it will roll down it of its own accord into another warp area that will automatically make it roll to the left and fall onto a single ? block, destroying it for a temporary timer stop and landing on the eleventh wall); you shall then have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make the ball fall onto that twelfth wall (which, because it's again slanted, it will again roll down it of its own accord onto the thirteenth wall, which is once again slanted so it shall once again roll down it of its own accord onto the fourteenth wall), rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it roll down that slanted fourteenth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the fifteenth wall, rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the sixteenth wall (which, because it is yet again slanted, it will yet again roll down it of its own accord onto the seventeenth wall), and rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto one of a fifth group of six more blocks (the second of which is a +5 one) destroying it for 1000 more extra points and falling onto the eighteenth wall. Once you have done so, you shall have to rotate the maze back a few degrees clockwise to make the ball fall to that nineteenth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall to that twentieth wall, rotate it back a few more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall into a third warp area that will automatically make it roll down and left to that twenty-first wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the twenty-second wall and rotate it back 180 more degrees either way to make it fall onto one of a sixth group of twelve more blocks (the twelfth of which is a second ? one), destroying it for 1000 more extra points - and you will now have to rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the goal point; once you do so the text of "WORLD 7 COMPLETE!" shall appear on the screen as the camera zooms in on the maze while rotating anticlockwise until it disappears. The text "LAP TIME" will now be displayed on the screen with the text "X'XX"XX" and for a seventh time, if you had usurped the best lap time, "A NEW RECORD", next to it - and below it, the text "TIME BONUS" shall be displayed with the text "XX.X SEC X 700 = XXX0 POINTS"" (XX.X and XXX0, for the seventh time, being your remaining time and resulting bonus respectively), next to it as you receive the bonus of your remaining time multiplied by 700. Below it, the text "TIME EXTEND +40 SEC." will get displayed, as your remaining time is (for a seventh time) extended by forty seconds; the text "GO TO NEXT WORLD!" will then appear at the screen bottom for a seventh, but no longer penultimate, time.

World 8: "MAGICIAN'S ESCAPE 2"

Best lap: 0'60"0

Once the maze and ball have appeared on the screen and the starting light has changed from red to yellow to green, the ball will fall onto a bumper (that it will bounce off for 500 extra points, and fall onto the first wall); you shall then have to rotate the maze 180 degrees either way to make the ball fall onto one of a group of two blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points. The ball shall now continue to fall onto the second wall, and you will have to rotate the maze 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall to the third wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall to the fourth wall, and rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto one of another group of two more blocks (destroying it for 1000 more extra points) - and the ball shall now continue to fall onto the fifth wall, and you'll have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the sixth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the seventh wall, and rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto one of a third group of two more blocks (destroying it for 1000 more extra points). The ball will now continue to fall onto the eighth wall, and you'll have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the ninth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the tenth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the eleventh wall, rotate it back a few more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the twelfth wall, rotate it back 90 degree clockwise to make it fall onto that thirteenth wall, rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise twice more to make it fall onto the fourteenth wall and the fifteenth wall in turn, rotate it back a few degree anticlockwise to make it fall onto the sixteenth wall, rotate it back a few degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the seventeenth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the eighteenth wall, rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise (while watching out for a "Timer Down" wall tile), to make it fall onto the nineteenth wall, rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto that twentieth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the twenty-first wall, rotate it back a few more degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for the bottom side of the "Timer Down" wall tile) to make it fall onto the twenty-second wall, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the twenty-third wall, and rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the twenty-fourth wall (which, as it's slanted, it'll roll down it of its own accord and fall onto another bumper, that it shall bounce off for 500 more extra points and fall onto a third bumper which it will again bounce off for 500 more extra points then fall onto the twenty-fifth wall); you now have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise to make the ball roll down the slanted twenty-fifth wall, then fall onto the seventh or eighth of a fourth group of eight more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points (if it falls onto one of the first six, you will have to press the Jump Button to make it jump up and land on the seventh or eighth ones). The ball will then continue to fall onto one of a fifth group of four more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points - and you will then have to rotate the maze back a few degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the twenty-sixth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the twenty-seventh wall, and rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto one of a sixth group of four more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points. Once you've done so, you will have to rotate the maze back a few more degrees anticlockwise, to make the ball fall onto one of a seventh group of four more blocks (the fourth one is a +3 one), destroying it for 1000 more extra points; you'll then have to rotate the maze back a few degrees clockwise to make the ball fall onto that twenty-eighth wall, then rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto one of an eighth group of four more blocks (destroying it for 1000 more extra points). Once you have done so, you will have to rotate the maze a few degrees clockwise to make the ball fall onto the thirtieth wall, and rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto one of a ninth group of four more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points - and you'll now have to rotate the maze back a few degrees anticlockwise to make the ball fall into a warp area which shall automatically make it fall onto the thirty-first wall, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise and make it fall onto the thirty-second wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise and make it fall onto the thirty-third wall and rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto a fourth bumper (that it will bounce off for 500 more extra points, and fall onto the thirty-fifth wall). Once you've done so, you shall have to rotate the maze back a few degrees anticlockwise to make the ball fall to that thirty-sixth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto that thirty-seventh wall, then press the Jump Button to make it jump up to that fourth bumper again (which it shall again get bounced off for 500 more extra points, and fall onto one of a tenth group of two more blocks, destroying it for 1000 more extra points); the ball will then continue to fall onto the thirty-eighth wall, and you'll have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees either way to make it fall to either the thirty-ninth or fortieth wall, then press the Jump Button to make it jump up to that goal point. Once you have done so, the text "WORLD 8 COMPLETE!" shall appear on the screen as the camera zooms in on the maze while rotating in an anticlockwise direction until it disappears - and the text "LAP TIME" shall then appear on the screen, with the text "X'XX"XX" (and for an eighth, but no longer final, time, if you had usurped the best lap time, "A NEW RECORD") next to it. Below it, the text "TIME BONUS" will get displayed, with the text "XX.X SEC X 800 = XXX0 POINTS"" (XX.X and XXX0 for an eighth time being your remaining time and resulting bonus respectively) next to it, as you receive a bonus of your remaining time multiplied by 800; the text "GO TO NEXT WORLD!" will then appear at the screen's bottom for the eighth time.

World 9: "THE GATE OF THORNS"

Best lap: 0'60"0

Once the maze and ball have reappeared on the screen, and the starting light has changed from red to yellow to green, the ball will fall onto the first wall of the maze; you'll then have to rotate the maze 90 degrees anticlockwise, to make the ball fall onto the second wall, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise (while watching for three "Timer Down" wall tiles!) to collect three 1000-point arrows and fall to the third wall, then rotate it 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto a ? block, destroying it for 1000 bonus points and landing on the fourth wall. Once you have done so, you will have to rotate the maze a few degrees clockwise (while watching out for two more "Timer Down" wall tiles) and make the ball fall onto the fifth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees either way (while watching out for two more "Timer Down" wall tiles) and make it fall to the sixth or seventh wall, rotate it back 90 more degree clockwise or anticlockwise (based on the path you have chosen), to make it fall onto the eighth or ninth wall, and (if you have chosen the anticlockwise path) rotate it a few more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto a +3 block, destroying it for three extra seconds and landing on the tenth wall (however, if you chose the clockwise path, you will just have to rotate it back a few more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the eleventh wall) - and you will now have to rotate the maze back a few degrees clockwise or anticlockwise (again, based upon the path you have chosen) to make the ball fall onto the twelfth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it roll down that slanted twelfth wall (and onto the thirteenth wall), rotate it back a few degrees clockwise (while watching out for two more "Timer Down" wall tiles) to make it fall onto the fourteenth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall onto the fifteenth wall, and rotate it back a few more degrees clockwise, to make it fall onto a bumper (which it will bounce off for 500 more extra points, and start falling towards a tenth "Timer Down" wall tile). Once you have done so, you will have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise before the ball lands on that tenth "Timer Down" wall tile (while watching for an eleventh one) to make it fall onto the sixteenth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall onto the seventeenth wall (which, because it is slanted, it shall roll down it of its own accord, and collect a fourth 1000-point arrow, but you shall have to watch out for a twelfth "Timer Down" wall tile); the ball will then continue to fall onto the eighteenth wall (which, because it's again slanted, it will again roll down it of its own accord and onto another ? block, destroying it for five extra seconds and landing on a changing barrier (while it's red and saying "STOP! STOP! STOP!", and you will also have to rotate the maze 90 more degrees clockwise as soon as it lands to make the ball fall onto the nineteenth wall before it changes its colour and phrasing to green and "GO! GO! GO!", as there are three more "Timer Down" wall tiles underneath it!). Once you've done so, you will have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make the ball fall onto another bumper (which it'll bounce off for 500 more extra points, and collect three more 1000-point arrows, but you will have to watch out for the bottom sides of the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth "Timer Down" tiles before it lands on the nineteenth wall!) - and you must then rotate the maze back 90 degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for a fourth bumper and a sixteenth "Timer Down" wall tile), to make the ball fall onto another +3 block, destroying it for three more extra seconds and landing on the twentieth wall. Once you've done it, you'll have to rotate the maze back a few degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for a seventeenth "Timer Down" wall tile), to make the ball fall onto the twenty-first wall, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise (while watching out for two more "Timer Down" wall tiles), to make it fall to that twenty-second wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for the bottom side of the nineteenth "Timer Down" wall tile) and make it fall to the twenty-third wall, and rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise (while watching out for a twentieth "Timer Down" wall tile) to make it fall onto a fifth bumper (which it'll bounce off for 500 more extra points, into a third ? block, destroying it for five more extra seconds and landing on the twenty-fourth wall); you now have to rotate the maze back a few degrees clockwise while watching out for twenty-first "Timer Down" wall tile to make the ball collect two more 1000-point arrows and fall onto that twenty-fifth wall, then rotate it back 90 degree anticlockwise (while watching out for a twenty-second "Timer Down" wall tile), and make it fall to that twenty-sixth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it start falling to the twenty-seventh wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise before it falls too far (watching for the left side of that twenty-second "Timer Down" wall tile, and a twenty-third one!) to make it fall to the twenty-eighth wall, rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise while watching out for a twenty-fourth "Timer Down" wall tile, to make it fall onto that twenty-ninth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise while watching out for a twenty-fifth "Timer Down" wall tile to make it fall onto the thirtieth wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise (while watching for that bottom side of the twenty-fifth "Timer Down" wall tile, and a twenty-sixth one), to make it fall to that thirty-first wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees clockwise to make it fall to that thirty-second wall, rotate it back 90 degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for two more "Timer Down" wall tiles) to make it fall to that thirty-third wall, rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise to make it start falling towards a thirty-fifth "Timer Down" wall tile, and rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for the bottom side of the thirty-fourth "Timer Down" wall tile, and the top side of the thirty-fifth one) before it falls too far, to make it collect a tenth 1000-point arrow and fall onto the goal point. Once you've done so, the text "WORLD 9 COMPLETE!" shall appear on the screen, as the camera zooms in on the maze while rotating anticlockwise until it disappears - and the text of "LAP TIME" shall then be displayed on the screen with the text "X'XX"XX" (and for a ninth and penultimate time, if you usurped the best lap time, "A NEW RECORD") next to it. Below it, the text "TIME BONUS" shall be displayed, with the text "XX.X SEC X 900 = XXX0 POINTS"" (XX.X and XXX0, for a ninth time, being your remaining time and resulting bonus respectively) next to it, as you receive the bonus of your remaining time multiplied by 900; below it, the text "TIME EXTEND +40 SEC." will be displayed, as your remaining time is for a ninth and penultimate time extended by forty seconds. That text "GO TO NEXT WORLD!" will now appear at the bottom of the screen for a ninth and penultimate time, followed by the text "FINAL TRIAL".

World 10: "DEATH MISTRAL"

Best lap: 0'60"0

Once the maze and ball have reappeared on the screen, and the starting light has changed from red to yellow to green, the ball will roll down the slanted first wall of the maze into a warp area, that will automatically make it roll up, right, and down onto two of a group of twelve blocks (the second one is also a +3 one while the ninth one is a ? one, but the eleventh one is a -3 one so the fifth one must be avoided), destroying them for 1000 extra points apiece; the ball shall then continue to fall into another warp area which will automatically make it roll to the right, down and left onto the second wall, and you will have to rotate the maze 90 degrees anticlockwise to make it collect two 1000-point arrows and fall into a third warp area which will automatically make it roll to the left (rotating it 90 more degrees anticlockwise as it is doing so to avoid a "Timer Down" wall tile!) onto the third wall. Once you've done so, you will have to rotate the maze back 180 degrees either way to make the ball fall onto a single block while watching out for four more warp areas which will automatically take it back up to the third wall and destroy one of two more singular blocks for 1000 more extra points, and the bottom side of the "Timer Down" wall tile), destroying it for 1000 more extra points - and the ball will then continue falling towards the fourth wall, so you'll have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise, to make it fall onto a fourth single block, destroying it for 1000 more extra points. Once you've done so, you'll have to rotate the maze back 90 more degrees anticlockwise (while watching out for two more warp areas that shall automatically make it roll back up to the fifth wall) to make it fall to the sixth wall, and rotate it back 90 degrees clockwise to make it fall onto a ? block, destroying it for a temporary time stop and landing on the seventh wall; you'll then have to rotate the maze back 90 more degrees clockwise in order to make the ball fall into a tenth warp area, which will automatically make it roll down and to the right onto the eighth wall. Once you've done so, you'll have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise, to make the ball fall into an eleventh warp area that will automatically make it roll up into two of another group of eight more blocks (the second one's also +5 one, but the seventh one is another -3 one so it must be avoided), destroying them for 1000 more extra points apiece - and you'll now have to rotate the maze back 180 degrees either way to make the ball fall onto the ninth wall, and rotate it back 90 more degrees anticlockwise in order to make it fall into a twelfth warp area which will automatically make it roll to the right (rotating it back a few more degrees anticlockwise as it is doing so, to avoid two more "Timer Down" wall tiles and a "Red Timer Down" wall tile) and onto the tenth wall. Once you have done so, you will have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees clockwise in order to make the ball fall into a thirteenth warp area which will automatically make it roll down and to the right (rotating it back few degrees anticlockwise as it is doing so, to avoid seven more "Timer Down" wall tiles and another "Red Timer Down" wall tile), to the left, up, and to the right onto a bumper (which it will bounce off for 500 more extra points, and fall onto the eleventh wall); you shall then have to rotate the maze back 180 degrees either way, to make the ball fall into a fourteenth warp area, that will automatically make it roll down and to the right (rotating it back a few degrees anticlockwise as it does so, to avoid the right sides of the fourth to tenth "Timer Down" wall tiles, and the second "Red Timer Down" one) onto the twelfth wall. Once you have done so, you shall have to rotate the maze back a few degrees anticlockwise, to make the ball fall into a fifteenth warp area which will automatically make it roll down, left, up (while watching out for two more "Timer Down" wall tiles), left, down, and left onto the thirteenth wall - and the ball shall then roll into a sixteenth warp area that'll automatically make it roll up and to the left onto another bumper (which it'll bounce off for 500 more extra points, and fall onto the seventeenth wall). Once you've done so, you shall have to rotate the maze back 180 degrees either way to make the ball fall into one of two more warp areas that will automatically make it roll down and to the right or left (based on the path you have chosen) into one of a third group of sixteen more blocks (the third and sixth are +3 ones, while the fourth and fourteenth are ? ones and the tenth is another +5 one, but the eighth one is a -3 one and the thirteenth one a -5 one so they must be avoided), destroying it for 1000 more extra points; the ball will then continue to fall onto the fourteenth wall. Once you have done so you shall have to rotate the maze back 90 degrees anticlockwise to make the ball fall onto that fifteenth wall, and rotate it back a few more degrees anticlockwise to make it fall in a nineteenth warp area, that'll automatically make it roll to the right, down, left and up around the goal point - and once you've rotated the maze and pressed the Jump Button enough to make the ball touch the goal point, the text of "WORLD 10 COMPLETE!" shall appear upon the screen as the camera zooms in on the maze while rotating anticlockwise until disappearing. The text "LAP TIME" will now be displayed on the screen, with the text "X'XX"XX" (and for a tenth and final time, if you had usurped the best lap time, "A NEW RECORD"), next to it; below it, the text "TIME BONUS" is displayed, with the text "XX.X SEC X 1000 = XXX0 POINTS"" (XX.X and XXX0, for a tenth and final time, being your remaining time and resulting bonus respectively), next to it, as you receive a bonus of your remaining time multiplied by 1000. A text of "Congratulations!" shall now zoom out while rotating in a clockwise direction and the text "SCORE: XXXX0" (XXXX0 being your final score) and "TOTAL TIME: X MIN XX.X SEC (X and XX.X being the total game time) will get displayed below it - and the text "AFTER FINISHING THE LONG JOURNEY" will then be displayed on the screen, with a picture of the ball jumping up and down in the hand of a black-haired woman ("Yurika Cery"), and the text of "THEY RETURNED HOME TO "YURIKA CERY", THE GODDESS OF SPACE TIME." below that. Also, if you press and hold the Jump Button while the game is displaying this screen, like those of the Beginner and Expert Courses, it will proceed to the credits:

The A in the company's name is represented by their then-current triangular logo (which was introduced in 1988); the game will then go into high-score mode. Your score shall most likely be the highest one on the cabinet for this course to date, so you should enter your initials at the top of the table with pride (by turning the rotary controller left and right to scroll back and forth through the line of letters, then pressing the Jump Button to enter them when the correct one is selected) - and once you have done it, the camera will zoom in on the text "GAME OVER" while rotating in an anticlockwise direction and the game shall go back into attract mode. However, unlike with the three previous courses, there are no additional courses after finishing this one.
