Head right through the empty gates until you are inside the castle. There is a Peeping Eye, Blood Skeleton, and Gargoyle. Blood Skeletons can be defeated but not permanently killed. The next room has another Peeping Eye and several Flea Men and Black Panthers. To the right is a save room. In the top left corner, there is a red chest that contains a 
HEART Max up. In the next room there are more Blood Skeletons. The platform above the second one has a breakable section containing a 
Tasty Meat. At the top, the right side leads to a blocked path. Go through the left side. The top right platform has a hidden blue chest (press 
) that contains 
White Drops. Continue on past several more rooms and at the end of the second room of endless spawning Ghouls is the entrance to the Library.
