Controls[edit]
: Use the direction pad to control the character. Press left or right to make it walk in either direction. Press up or down while standing in front of, or on stairs to make it climb up or down the steps. Grant can climb walls/ceilings with the same logic. Press down while standing on the ground to crouch.
: Press the A button to jump. By holding the direction pad left or right when you press A will change the jump direction.
+: As Alucard, hold down on the direction pad when you press A to transform into a bat, in this form he cannot attack and will passively consume hearts.
: Press the B button to attack. Each character have a different weapon.
+: Hold up on the direction pad when you press B to use whatever special weapon is in possession, assuming it has enough hearts to power the weapon's use.
: Press Start to begin a new game/select a option, or press it in the middle of the game to pause the action.
: press to cycle through the options at the starting menu, or press it in the middle of the game to switch characters.
