Wipeout is a series of futuristic anti-gravity racing games, originally produced by Psygnosis for the PlayStation, with other versions of the game produced for the Sega Saturn, MS-DOS, Macintosh, Amiga, Nintendo 64, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3 formats. When Sony Computer Entertainment Europe acquired Psygnosis in 1995, they also acquired the rights to Wipeout.
