Advanced Aeronautics Upgrade

Enhances all Allied Air Units by granting them increased vision, defense, as well as ammunition capacity. Higher threat levels increase speeds slightly.

Surgical Strike

Calls in a precision bomber strike on a designated area. More effective against units. Higher threat levels increases the radius damage slightly.

Time Bomb , Deluxe Time Bomb & Supreme Time Bomb

Chronos a time bomb at a target location, which counts down to a destructive blast. The time bomb can be destroyed, but will explode nonetheless. Higher levels increases the radius effect, and significantly increases the damage, albeit increasing the count down of the bomb.

Time Bomb

A bomb is chronoshifted into place, taking 5 seconds to explode.

Deluxe-Time Bomb

A larger bomb is chronoshifted into place, taking 10 seconds to explode.

Supreme-Time Bomb

An even larger bomb is chronoshifted into place, taking 20 seconds to explode.

Surveillance Sweep

Places a line on the map by plotting two points. Unmanned drones will fly along this line, revealing the fog of war for a short duration.

Chrono Rift, Chasm & Fissure

All units in a radius temporarily phase out of time. They cannot perform any actions, nor can they be damaged. Higher levels decreases the delay on the protocol as well as increasing the radius of effect. Use this to defend your troops against Superweapons or against other Top Secret Protocols if you can.

This is a Skirmish exclusive power and it is not usable in the Campaigns.

Chrono Rift

An area is cut off from time, preventing any interaction.

Chrono Chasm

A larger area is cut off from time, preventing any interaction.

Chrono Fissure

An even larger area is cut off from time, preventing any interaction.

Paradrop Team, Paradrop Squad & Paradrop Platoon

This power calls in 1–3 planes each paradropping a single Javelin Soldier, a Single Attack Dog and three Peacekeepers. This power is only allowed in the Campaigns and is not usable in the Skirmish.

Free Trade

Grants a 25% increased credit gain every time an Ore Collector returns to a Refinery. Higher threat levels increase the credits further slightly. Bonus Crates that give money are unaffected.

Advanced Technology Upgrade

Enhances the special abilities of all Guardian Tanks, Cryocopters, Dolphins and Carrier units. Guardian Tanks will pin-point with greater accuracy and distance, Cryocopters will shrink for a longer duration, Dolphins are able to jump further, and Carrier EMP Missiles will affect a greater radius for a longer duration. Higher threat levels also decreases the cooldown significantly.

Chrono Swap

Instantly swaps two units, regardless of distance. Cannot be used on aircraft, or enemy units.

This power cannot be used in the Campaigns, as it is a Skirmish exclusive power.

Cryoshot, Cyroblast, & Cryogeddon

Power TypeFreezing Power

Freezes a target location, slowing down anything caught in its radius as well as making them more vulnerable. Does not affect air units, superweapons, ultimate weapons, as well as special structures. Higher levels increases the radius, as well as increasing the freezing effect.

Cryoshot

A freeze ray freezes ground units so they can be shattered. Cannot freeze structures.

Cryoblast

A more powerful freeze ray freezes bigger ground units so they can be shattered. Can freeze small structures like base defenses.

Cryogeddon

An even more powerful freeze ray freezes even larger ground units so they can be shattered. Can freeze most structures.
