Crash'n the Boys Street Challenge is a westernized version of Bikkuri Nekketsu Shin Kiroku! Harukanaru Kin Medal, a sports game in the Kunio-kun series. In 2020, it was translated in Double Dragon & Kunio-kun Retro Brawler Bundle as Surprise! Nekketsu New Records! The Distant Gold Medal, with the original story and characters.
