Legend[edit]
- Lv: the first number is the spell level, the second number (in brackets) is the minimum experience level of the character.
- Type:
- Heal: spells that cure health points or status ailments. Heal (camp): healing spells that can only be used after battle.
- Field: spells that can be cast out of battle.
- Support: battle spells that target the party members. Support/field: support spells that can be cast before combat.
- Disable: battle spells that target the enemies, without dealing damage.
- Attack: battle spells that damage the enemies.
- Rng: range (in tiles, or meters).
- Dur: duration; r=rounds; t=turns.
US-only units were converted into international units.
Status ailments[edit]
- Poisoned: similar to dead, but can be temporarily revived by the "Slow poison" spell.
- Diseased: Strength is lowered.
- Blind:
- Cursed: THAC0 and saving throws are lowered.
- Held: paralyzed.
