Skills can be equipped before a trial to provide you with unique advantages, and can be acquired in three ways:

  • Skills that are available from the start of the game can be purchased with Friendship Fragments.
  • Skills associated with other characters can be unlocked by maxing bonds with them.
  • Skills available for purchase in the Casino must be bought using Casino coins.

The number of skills that can be used are limited by skill points (SP), so decide on a combination of skills to use based on your gameplay preferences. The amount of SP available can be increased by leveling the player character in School Life segments. Below is a list of skills split by the method required to obtain them.

Friendship Fragments[edit]

Attentive Influence 4 Increases maximum influence a little. Can't be combined with Envious Influence. Class Trial
Extraordinary Focus 4 Increases maximum focus a little. Can't be combined with Menacing Focus. Class Trial
Lost in Thought 16 Slightly increases the time limit in each phase. Class Trial
Charisma 8 Increases amount of influence recovered by right answers. Nonstop Debate, Multiple Choice
Cool and Composed 8 Makes the reticle shake less. Can't be combined with Tranquility. Nonstop Debate, Mass Panic Debate
Downshift 2 Slows the speed of the reticle. Can't be combined with Upshift. Nonstop Debate
Upshift 2 Increases the speed of the reticle. Can't be combined with Downshift. Nonstop Debate
Trigger Happy 8 Decreases the delay after using Truth Bullets or Truth Blades. Nonstop Debate, Mass Panic Debate, Rebuttal Showdown
Neural Liberation 16 The Focus Gauge drains slower while Concentrating and during Fever Time. Class Trial
Delusion 16 Slowly recovers the Influence Gauge while Concentrating and during Fever Time. Class Trial
Mind's Eye 4 Reveals V Points. Nonstop Debate, Mass Panic Debate
Saint Miko's Ability 4 Silences all conversations except those the reticle is on. Mass Panic Debate
Librarian's Glare 4 Instantly silences loud voices. Mass Panic Debate
First Strike 4 The key word in the first speaker's argument will be shown from the start. Debate Scrum
Just a Peek 4 The entire screen will light up more frequently. Hangman's Gambit Ver. 3.0
Clear Mind 4 Increases the amount of letter cubes that can be acquired at once. Psyche Taxi
Power of Life and Death 4 Makes it easier to push the opponent back during Blade Lock. Rebuttal Showdown
Safety First 4 Removes the time penalty for breaking a non-erasable piece. Mind Mine
High Tension 4 The Tension Gauge will increase at a faster rate. Argument Armament
