BOSS: Monster-Mouth (モンスターマウス) - The enormous "cross" between Shark-Mouth and Twin-Claw attacks by firing lasers from the centre of his body, bubbles from his left arm, and projectiles from his right arm (again, the second of which can be blocked by your own shots for 50 extra points apiece); as with Shark-Mouth, his mouth is his only vulnerable point, and once you've fired enough shots into it (to defeat him) you'll receive 60000 points, as he emits a scream of death and explodes. You will also receive 200000 more points once he has done so, as the text "DESTROYED THE TARGET!!" appears on the screen - however, as with Triple-Eye, the Strike-Ants, Roller-Snail, Hunter-Moth, Multi-Squid, the aforementioned Shark-Mouth and the aforementioned Twin-Claw (along with Ultimate-Tiger), he'll retreat if you take too long to defeat him and the text "MISSED THE TARGET ENEMY!!" will appear on the screen for a final time. Now it is onto the eighth & final stage, which has a total of five boss battles.

Walkthrough

NEXT TARGET IS MONSTER-MOUTH.

Once the screen has faded back in, four Penchi will come flying towards you from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles at you; once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, two Nokogiri Machines will come down upon the left and right sides of the screen and proceed to fire two circular blades at you (which can be blocked by your own shots for 50 extra points apiece). Once you've fired enough shots at both of these, to defeat them, they will explode and four more Penchi will come flying towards you from the right side of the screen while firing projectiles at you - and once you have fired a shot at each of these to kill them, you'll come to a Sogankyo which is firing projectiles at you, from its position in the centre of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at it to kill it four more Penchi shall come flying towards you from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles at you; once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them you will come up to two Joge Taiho which are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the left side of the screen. Once you have fired off enough shots at both of them to defeat them, they will explode and two Shakutori Mushi will come scuttling towards you from the left side of the screen - and once you have fired enough shots at each of their twelve segments to kill them, you will come to two more Joge Taiho which are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the left side of the screen. Once you have fired enough shots at both of these to defeat them, they will explode and you shall come up to a red Turtle (on the left side of the screen); once you have fired a shot at it to destroy it, it will leave a Hyper-Bomb (or Special-Bonus if you have the maximum of four Hyper-Bombs in storage) behind. Once you have collected the Hyper-Bomb (or Special-Bonus), you will come to two more Joge Taiho that are firing projectiles at you (from their positions on the left side of the screen) - and once you have fired enough shots at both of them to defeat them, they'll explode and a third Nokogiri Machine will come down on the left side of the screen and proceed to fire two circular blades at you (which, once again, can be blocked by your own shots for 50 extra points apiece). Once you have fired enough shots at him to defeat him, he shall explode and four more Penchi will come flying towards you from the right side of the screen while firing projectiles at you; once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them a fourth Nokogiri Machine will come down on the right side of the screen and proceed to fire two more circular blades at you (which, yet again, can be blocked by your own shots for 50 extra points apiece). Once you have fired off enough shots at him to defeat him, he shall explode and four more Penchi will come flying towards you from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles at you - and once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them you will come to two Plutonian Mino Mushi which are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the left and right sides of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at both of them to kill them, four more Penchi shall come flying towards you from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles at you; once you have fired a shot at each of these to kill them, you shall come to two Orange Soko and two Red Kaeru which are firing projectiles and red balls (which, like the circular blades which were fired at you by the Nokogiri Machines can be blocked by your own shots for 50 extra points apiece) at you from their positions upon the left and right sides of the screen. Once you have fired a single shot at both of the Orange Soko to kill them and enough shots at both of the Red Kaeru to defeat them, they shall explode and you will come to a red Turtle and a yellow Turtle on the left and right sides of the screen - and once you've fired a shot at both of them, to destroy them, they will leave a Hyper-Bomb (or Special-Bonus if you have the maximum of four Hyper-Bombs in storage), and an Energy-Capsule behind. Once you've collected the Hyper-Bomb and Energy-Capsule, you will come to eight more Orange Soko and two more Red Kaeru which are firing projectiles and red balls (which can, once again, be blocked by your own shots for 50 extra points apiece) at you from their positions on the left and right sides of the screen; once you have fired a single shot at each of the Orange Soko to kill them and enough shots at both of the Red Kaeru to defeat them, they'll explode and four more Penchi shall come flying towards you from the right side of the screen, while firing projectiles at you. Once you have fired a shot at each of these to kill them, three Buffaloes will come down from the top of the screen and proceed to shoot two balls of fire at you (which, like the circular blades that were fired at you by the Nokogiri Machines, and the red balls that were fired at you by the Red Kaeru, may get blocked by your own shots for 50 extra points apiece) - and once you've fired enough shots at each of them to defeat them, they'll explode and the song you had been hearing from the Yamaha YM-2151 will fade out for the game's penultimate boss battle.

Once Monster-Mouth's theme (which is identical to Twin-Claw's and Ultimate-Tiger's theme), starts to be heard in from the Yamaha YM-2151, four more Penchi will come flying towards you from the left side of the screen, while firing projectiles at you; once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, four more Penchi will come flying towards you from the right side of the screen while firing projectiles at you. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to Monster-Mouth himself (who is an enormous cross between Shark-Mouth, and the aforementioned Twin-Claw) - and he will attack by firing bubbles from his left arm (which, like the circular blades which were fired at you by the Nokogiri Machines, the red balls that were fired at you by the Red Kaeru, and the fireballs that were shot at you by the Buffaloes, can get blocked by your own shots for 50 extra points apiece), projectiles from his right arm, and laser beams from the centre of his body. His mouth is his only vulnerable point, and once you have fired out enough shots into it, to defeat him, you will receive 60000 points as he emits a scream of death and explodes; you will also receive 200000 more points once he has done so as that text "DESTROYED THE TARGET!!" appears on the screen. However, as with Triple-Eye, the Strike-Ants, Roller-Snail, Hunter-Moth, Multi-Squid, the aforementioned Shark-Mouth, the aforementioned Twin-Claw (and Monster-Head, and Ultimate-Tiger), he'll retreat if you take too long to defeat him, and the text "MISSED THE TARGET ENEMY!!" will appear on the screen for the last time - but regardless of whether you managed to defeat him or not, you shall proceed to the eighth stage (which is the last one of the game) once the screen has faded out. Remember that Danger-Seed will never retreat.
