Monsters are characters that you will face on every single map of the game. Ranging from the lowliest Spirit to the mightiest Dragon, monsters are a very special addition to any team. They are very expensive when you are first trying to create them, but the more of them you defeat the cheaper they become. Monsters cannot throw other characters and prinnies explode when thrown. They do not have weapon masteries and their aptitudes are always 100-150%. Monster creation Mana costs decrease when the "# of killed" counter reaches 30 kills.
Monsters' biggest weaknesses is their lack of weaponry. Monster-type weapons only increase ATK/HIT, making the development of INT-oriented monsters such as the Spirit a chore unto itself; as the only way of increasing a Monster-type weapon's INT is VIA subdued Tutor Specialists from the Item World.
Fairies are demons that even appear in the Human world. In the Netherworld their magic powers get dispersed, so they wear a special cape to prevent it. When they get angry, they swallow their enemy with its huge mouth. Unlike other demons, fairies have strong bonds within their species.
