Enchantress is a ranged intelligence hero who is usually played as a jungler, support and ganker. Her signature ability is Enchant, which she can uses to turn hostile creeps to her side as well as slow down enemy heroes. Enemies will find her Untouchable, getting their attack speed slowed every time they attack her. She can call upon Nature's Attendants to heal the wounds of her and her allies. Finally, she can enchant her spears with Impetus, doing more damage the further an enemy is.

Abilities[edit]

Untouchable[edit]

  • Ability: Passive
  • Attack Slow: 30 / 60 / 90 / 120

Untouchable will slow the attack speed of enemies that attack you for 3 seconds. It helps you nullify damage from carries as well as makes you more survivable.

Enchant[edit]

  • Ability: Target Unit
  • Affects: Enemy Heroes
  • Move Slow: 20% / 30% / 40% / 50%
  • Enchant Duration: 80
  • Slow Duration: 5.5
  • Mana Cost: 65
  • Cooldown: 30 / 25 / 20 / 15

Enchant lets you control a neutral or enemy creep for a certain duration, after which they will automatically die. It also slows the movement speed of enemy heroes. This move is your bread and butter, and you will find yourself using it a lot. The best creeps to convert are usually found in the jungle, which is why you'll usually be jungling. The hero slow is also a helpful effect when chasing enemy heroes.

Nature's Attendants[edit]

  • Ability: No Target
  • Heal Per Second: 10
  • Radius: 275
  • Wisps: 3 / 5 / 7 / 9
  • Mana Cost: 125 / 140 / 155 / 170
  • Cooldown: 45

Nature's Attendants summons a bunch of wisps that heal allies and yourself. It is an excellent ability that increases you survivability greatly, letting you and your allies escape after a failed gank or push. It also increases your team's durability during a teamfight.

Impetus[edit]

Dota 2 enchantress impetus.png
  • Ability: Auto Cast, Target Unit
  • Affects: Enemy Heroes
  • Damage Type: Pure
  • Distance Damage: 15% / 20% / 25%
  • Mana Cost: 55 / 60 / 65
  • Scepter Bonus Distance: 190

Impetus is a toggled ability that makes you do additional damage the further an enemy is from you. Impetus ia a Unique Attack Modifier and does not stack with other Unique Attack Modifiers. The damage dealt is pure damage, which ignores armor and magic resistance. The ability can be auto-casted to apply its effects on every attack as long as you have mana, but it is not recommneded to do so since your mana will drain very quickly. It increases you damage output greatly, and is exceptional at chasing down fleeing enemies, who will only take more damage the further they run.

Aghanim's Scepter can be bought by Enchantress and will increase the cast range and attack range of Impetus. In fact, the attack range boost will let you out-range towers.
