Drift City/Party Patrol

Form a party with at least two people, a maximum of 30, and patrol certain areas of a chosen city. HUV mode can be activated and a chase can be performed with items to be dropped (when hitting HUV) and obtained in your inventory. (Refers to "Slots" when players call out a PP request.)
