F1 Triple Battle is a Formula 1 racing game developed and published by Human Entertainment for the PC Engine in 1989. The screen is split three times horizontally and allows for up to three players to play simultaneously. When in single-player or two-player, the top part of the screen shows a map of the course. The game features a single-player World Championship mode, a training Test Run mode and the multiplayer Battle mode.

The game was remade with slight alterations for the Sega Mega Drive and published as Fastest 1. Human Entertainment would later reproduce the same simultaneous three-player system for their Super Famicom racing game Human Grand Prix III: F1 Triple Battle.
