There are no chests along the Moonflow so just travel to the banks until you find Tobli. He has yet another request for the Gullwings. He needs help selling tickets for a concert. Agree to help to begin the YRP, The Scalpers Three! mission.
You must now approach people and ask them if they are interested by pressing 
. Doing so will pitch the sell. You must determine the best price for that customer to sell the ticket. Be aware though that you only get one chance per customer. To complete the mission you must sell at least 6 tickets. The base price will depend on if you talked to Tobli before or after you took on the Shave the Hypello? mission in Chapter 1. It will be 1000 Gil if you didn't speak to him, 500 Gil if you did. Any profits you make from selling tickets is yours to keep as long as you sell more than 5. Any losses will come out of your pocket. The prizes you can receive from this mission will depend on if you completed the Shave the Hypello? mission and how well you do at selling tickets. The following table will tell you where to find the best customers.

Once you have sold your tickets, return to the Moonflow banks and speak to Tobli. He will award you prize based on how well you did.
