Prerequisites
Mission: Mountain Cloud Boys Location: Woozie's office, Chinatown, San Fierro

After the cutscene, drive to the airport car park, then find the marked car. Enter the car to trigger the next cutscene. Now you must get out of the car park, preferably by avoiding the road-blocks. Once you get out of the airport, some bikes will chase you. Take them out if you like. Once you get to the pier near Pier 69, you complete the mission.
