An Infernus has been rigged with a car bomb and you have 6 minutes to carefully get it to Saint Mark's.
The drive from Wichita Gardens to Saint Mark's is a long one and you can't take much damage before the car blows up. It is recommended to take the underground tunnel entrance near D-Ice's payphone all the way to Portland rather than the above-ground route which is much more circuitous. In the tunnel you can drive somewhat slowly and carefully and still have plenty of time.
After defusing the bomb you have to return the Infernus with minimal damage. This isn't timed and you can repair the car before delivery with the nearby Pay-n-Spray. Once you finish D-Ice's last two missions, you can repeat this mission whenever you want.
