D-Ice asks you to pilot RC cars from a TOYZ van and blow up Securicars with them.
Just like Uzi Money echoing a rampage, this mission echoes the TOYZ RC Van missions found around the city. This is trickier because the Securicars don't spawn in your vicinity and you have a limited number of RC cars to deploy. Drive on the sidewalks where possible and take corners slowly. Any contact with other vehicle tires will detonate the bomb.
The Securicars all follow a long looping route around the city, so if you're truly frustrated you can just park near the first one you find and wait for the other two to come around, but it will take a while.
