In Halo 3, there are improvements and new features that make Halo 3 different from Halo 2.

Gameplay Features[edit]

Equipment has been added to change the way games are played out and to change the flow of the match. To see a list of equipment, go to the equipment page.

New Modes[edit]

Forge[edit]

Forge is Halo 3's map editor, and can be used to place objects, weapons, spawn points, and everything in the map. Forge can be played with multiple people in real time, meaning you can die and respawn while editing.

Theater[edit]

In Theater mode, you can view saved gameplay videos, and save small clips, and produce screenshots. You can send saved gameplay clips, and screen shots over Xbox Live, and put them on the File Share.
