Stage 1

Welcome to the game. This maze contains: 92 pellets (94 if you count the power pellets), 2 ghosts, 1 bomb, and a time of 60 seconds (1:00); if the timer runs out, it will cost both Pac-Mans a life. The arrow pointing to the left on the right side of the maze also indicates that there is a secret path there - and if either Pac-Man moves left through the wall it is pointing to, then moves up and eats the bomb, the resulting explosion will blow up some of the walls to reveal three pairs of cherries, an extra life (the one who needs it most should eat it), a laser helmet, a pair of fluoroscope glasses and three hamburgers.

Stage 2

This maze contains 108 pellets (110 if you count the power pellets), 4 ghosts, 2 roller skates, and a time of 60 seconds (1:00); again, the arrow pointing to the left on the right side of the maze indicates that there is a second secret path there, and either Pac-Man can move left or right through the wall it is pointing to (but the ghosts can't, which may help the Pac-Mans to get away from them). There's also a bomb, three strawberries, and a winged sneaker hidden in the second, fourth and sixth walls at the top of the maze and two laser helmets, three hamburgers and three eggs hidden in the first, third and fifth walls at the bottom of it - and if either of the Pac-Mans revealed and collected the initial laser helmet (upon the previous stage) he must destroy the walls that the bonus items are hidden in, to eat them (however, they do not have to eat them in order to clear the stage, but it will increase their scores).

Stage 3

This maze contains 95 pellets (96 if you count the power pellet), 5 ghosts, 2 winged sneakers, and a time of 70 seconds (1:10); once again, the arrows pointing up and down at both the top and bottom of the maze indicate that there's two more secret paths there, and if either Pac-Man goes up or down them, he will reappear on the other side of the screen (like the warp tunnels in the official Pac-Man games, except the ghosts cannot use them). There are also sixteen pairs of cherries hidden in the walls at the top and bottom of the maze, and an additional power pellet hidden in the wall in the bottom-centre of it (however, the wall in which the latter is hidden oddly does not have to be destroyed, and the pellet itself eaten, in order to clear this stage)!

Stage 4

This maze contains 108 pellets (110 if you count the power pellets), 2 ghosts, 1 pair of warp tunnels, 1 pair of fluoroscope glasses, 1 bomb, and a time of 80 seconds (1:20); the arrow pointing down in the centre of the maze yet again indicates that there is a fifth secret path there and there are six more secret paths in the walls surrounding the thirteen pellets and bomb at the top and bottom of the maze, along with eight eggs hidden in the two walls on the left and right sides of it (when either Pac-Man eats the bomb at the top, the resulting explosion shall blow up the walls that the eggs are hidden in).

Stage 5

This maze contains 101 pellets (103 if you count the power pellets), 6 ghosts, 3 pairs of warp tunnels, 4 eggs, 1 laser helmet, and a time of 70 seconds (1:10); there are also three more secret paths, in the walls surrounding the four eggs on the left and right sides of the maze (and the laser helmet in the centre of it), as well as two winged sneakers hidden in the walls at the top-left and top-right of it, another laser helmet and a pair of fluoroscope glasses hidden in the aforementioned walls that are surrounding the four eggs, and eight more eggs hidden in the walls at the bottom-left and bottom-right of it.

Stage 6

This maze contains 107 pellets (108 if you count the power pellet), 4 ghosts, 1 pair of cherries (which the ghosts cannot bypass until it's eaten), 1 roller skate, and a time of 65 seconds (1:05); there is also a fifteenth secret path in the wall on the left side of the maze, and an extra life hidden in the wall in the centre of it. If either (or both) of the Pac-Mans still has a laser helmet, they will have to use it to destroy the wall that the extra life is hidden in to eat it, and shoot the ghosts once he has eaten the cherries (but if neither of them did, their game shall basically be over regardless of how many lives they have left, as the ghosts travel too close together for all four of them to be jumped over, and the Pac-Mans will also lose their jumping ability if they die).

Stage 7

This maze contains: 114 pellets (116 if you count the power pellets), 4 ghosts who are coloured pink instead of blue, 2 normal helmets, and a time of 70 seconds (1:10); there are also four more secret paths in the walls at the top-left, top-right, bottom-left and bottom-right of the maze, along with a winged sneaker, an extra life (again, the player who needs it most should eat it), and an egg hidden in the walls on the left side, in the centre of and on the right side of it. If both of the Pac-Mans no longer have laser helmets they'll have no way to destroy the walls that the bonus items are hidden in and eat them.

Stage 8

This maze contains 122 pellets (124 if you count the power pellets), 7 ghosts, 3 hamburgers, 1 normal helmet, and a time of 70 seconds (1:10); there is also an extra life (once again, the one who needs it most should eat it), and a roller skate hidden in the walls in the bottom-centre and bottom-left of the maze, but if both of the Pac-Mans no longer have laser helmets, they have no way to destroy the walls that the bonus items are hidden in and eat them.

Stage 9

This maze contains 107 pellets, 5 ghosts, 1 pair of warp tunnels, 2 hamburgers, 2 roller skates, 1 laser helmet, and a time of 80 seconds (1:20); there is also a winged sneaker and another laser helmet hidden in the wall at the top of the maze, as well as two eggs hidden in the wall at the bottom of it, four pairs of cherries hidden in the two walls at the centre-left and centre-right of it and a secret path in the wall surrounding the two pellets and laser helmet in the centre of it. This is also the first stage to not have any power pellets at all - which is something that was unheard of in the official Pac-Man games.

Stage 10

Note: If you let go of your joystick in this stage, your Pac-Man will stop moving; however, he can still fire shots from his infinite-ammunition laser helmet.

This stage contains an enormous mechanical bull, which attacks by sending out an infinite amount of pink ghosts (one at a time) towards the Pac-Mans (who will both automatically have laser helmets with infinite ammo for this stage), while charging at them, and a time of 109 seconds (1:49); the head of the bull is its only vulnerable point, and once both of the Pac-Mans have managed to shoot it fifteen times between them it'll explode. Boss battles were also something else that were unheard of in the official Pac-Man games - until the release of the new Pac-Man Arrangement (as part of NCV2) in 1996.
